Prices may be up 5% from last year, but I didn't hear either of these two talking heads mention the most important fact that there is a MASSIVE INCREASE in homes for sale, and a more MASSIVE DECREASE in homes sold. Final melt up with a huge residential crash around the corner. Smart money is selling. Don't listen to these guys.
Median prices are going up because the mix of houses that sold are mostly high end houses. Only the rich can afford to buy and only the stupid actually do right now.
