This is very expensive for the people of Kenya. I think Kenya needs a good construction company that can disrupt the market by creating low cost housing with high quality materials, modern design and amenities.
Why do you say expensive? Do you think Kenyans can't afford? Which are the low cost housing? Just explain some more. One thing for sure as a Kenyan. Kenyans prefer houses built by stone. If you try constructing wooden houses like the ones in the US believe me it will be hard to convince people to buy such houses. We do have the precast and other modern type of materials in Kenya. But the Kenyan consumer prefers the old stone houses. So the issue is with convincing people but being Kenyan it will take time.
if you are kenyan then this is your chance to stop writing and start a company that will build affordable housing, let investors do what they deem good for them and their clients.
