Let's talk about the Federal Court System! Headlines focus on the actions (or inaction) of Congress and the president, but those are only two parts of the important trilogy that makes up the United States government.
This video was made in collaboration with the great folks at ForwardMT.

Thanks Hank. As someone outside the US I'm sure this will be fascinating. A bit surprised that wasn't pitched as a second season of Crash Course Government and Politics.

Here from hanks channel. Excellent use of graphics and breaking down a complex topic in two small bites even within each video. my initial reaction was to click off of Hanks video because it sounded like a lot of effort to learn about it but the graphics kept my Millennial brain interested and the breakdown help to sync in a bit at a time. 👍👍

The court system uses the same words teach in schools. The termolgy they use to intrap you same words, the school trains you. The termolgy is completely different > court room.

Always thought it was pretty hilarious that the branch of government that was most ill-defined is the one that deals with the law, like the one thing expected to be clear.
@brandonharvey7939
@brandonharvey7939 Год назад
The power to interpret the law is not a power given to the court by the Constitution. Its a power the court gave itself in Marbury v Madison. Article III is vague because the Court was supposed to respect the right to jury trials, which would inherently allow the People to develop the Court's power and role in government progressively while also ensuring that the People would have the exclusive power to interpret the law. Instead, the sitting justices of the Court committed treason and continue to commit treason by taking that power for themselves and denying the People the powers that rightfully belong to them until their abuses of power inevitably culminate into another civil war. The courts function is to determine if the evidence and verifiable facts presented prove that an individual violated the law.... the rest are powers stolen from the People.

It's funny how that statement immidiately identifies you as far-left. Doesn't that show the exact opposite of what you say, however? That there is something wrong with the court system and is ripping society apart?

I hope you meant your comment as a sarcasm....If not.....you identify yourself as one of the Damn Fools my comment discusses. Go somewhere and read something in the Law Library. Find out the difference between a Law court Article III (Three-Judge court) and a court of opinion. You have nothing to offer your fellow man but an uninformed opinion while in such a state of ignorance.

Well if everybody obviously including you knew more about the US Constitution and how we the people that's you and me and all our friends are those who should be conducting the efficiency of the Courts. But we have been so dumb down that we refer to police policy enforcers as officers when they are actually public servants the same with anybody on a city council including scumbag mayors. Any City employee is a servant to We the People but no one knows that because we have not been taught that constitutional responsibility in the public school system which is the biggest method of dumbing us down there ever was created. Now that you know this do a little research on this through the court system. We want other people to hold our hands and to do our bidding like children would or should require of responsible adults. Those people in power that we have allowed to be in power have no interest in our rights or upholding any of the Constitution if you had noticed lately. I'm being facetious with the noticed lately part.

There is actually a ceremony in our courts in America which is where Justices give you the closest thing too a title you can possibly come too in America and what they do is basically acknowledge you as a hero. I can’t remember what you’re called after that it’s like juducipierre or something like that but our courts are French and it’s from the French courts. And when happens is they acknowledge you for advent and treachery with the United States with Judicial history. And what happens is you are almost certainly on an adventure (you completely made it up by yourself) and you retrieve something of value from the world for the American People [We The People] doesn’t really matter what it is just that it was of value and you made advent and treachery and therefore treasure. Then you study and study and study (maybe; maybe you knew everything already but probably a lot of study) and prepare yourself and for yourself too deeply explain what happened and why it is impact. Then at the ceremony they tell you what the courts are and my entire point here is that takes like 22-28 minutes of straight talking; no questions no intermission no pauses. Then you tell them what you did. Then they tell you why that was impact. Then they acknowledge you with some kind of professional or doctorate identity because in America we don’t do titles. I don’t know what you’re gonna miss but you can maybe get it down too like 14 minutes for some type of intelligence scenario but 7 minutes is going up. It’s going up. It’s not secured by gravity and safety in sane people countries and on the ground and all in tact. But I’m still watching it.

They got threatened when they were traveling and they passed a law about it. This led to the term law enforcement. And it is one of the only times in history ever where when the rulers were threatened they passed a law and it was not a derogatory statute or any kind of failure.

Note appeals court does not hear case over facts but over policy/law. They will not hear a case to decide if person A stabbed person B. But instead if the police properly obtained the knife from person A which was later, after DNA test was found to be covered in person B's blood.

KNOW THIS: Every conceivable word that can be used to make a statement, has a different meaning depending upon who is saying it. Words mean quite a different thing when spoken by a common human being [the public] or someone in positions of power, authority, in politics, or who have been allowed to address the public. Recall , if you ever noticed in the first place, when asked to elaborate on the meaning of an issue during his impeachment hearings, Bill Clinton replied, "....it depends on what "is" is....." How's that for splitting hairs?

Just gonna point out that not putting the number of the video in the series in the title, or even the description, is very annoying. Especially when autoplay turns back on and throws you into a different video instantly. And even more so if RU-vid just decides it wants to show you stupid auto-generated thumbnails instead of actually well designed and informative human made ones. Good series, though.

Anyone who wants to know how deep the deception and deliberate confusion goes, just pick up a Black's Law Dictionary....but don't do it if your sanity is already teetering on the brink of a high bluff. Or, go to any law library and peruse the court rulings that fill up almost every square inch of space....which are only OPINIONS OF THE COURT, IE judgments handed down that qualify for the term, "making law from the bench" instead of relying on legislative enactments to make them Lawful instead of legal. ...See how much trouble one can get into on just these few words?

What are the courts? Most of them are frauds and NOT Law Courts. Chancery and Equity courts are NOT bound by Law...but they hand out opinions. Well , we all have opinions, just like we all have an ass hole. The 'judges' are NOT bound by the Law of the wonderful constitution this fool cites as if it is still in effect.....BUT IS HAS NOT BEEN FOR AT LEAST 200 YEARS; it's been in suspension. This information is easy to find on the internet or the congressional record, but how many of you know how to access such books? How many of you know what a real Law is and what makes it a real Law? How many of you know how to use a Public Library? (about 1/10th of 1% ) How many of you know how to use a Law Library? (not even measurable.) How many of you know what you MUST know to live a comprehensible existence; or a sitting duck to the criminals in government.....? Is it any wonder that most of the resources on the Planet are held by the top 10% of the World Population? And YET, if I see or hear another damn fool mention America in the same sentence as the word democracy, I will SCREAM. And I just did.

Someone always waits outside the bldging, or in the lobby as a look out. Yet housing authority brags about their state of the arts sirvalence cameras- through out their bldgings. While they make the tenants life hell. Plus they have the Osa security 💂 guards too cover up the crimes- and mock the tenants. Cause their either getting extra change- or puss their selves.
