The use of categorical variables in SmartPLS 

Thank you very much for the video , it is very helpful for me. My question is on the second case for education. how you will put the dummies on the model. because you make geneder as latent and put female only. Can in the second case make education latent and put three categories of education or every category of education should be put as latent?

Can you suggest any reference material where dependent is categorical while using structural equation modelling

For Gender, we have to run two times, first with male then with female group?? And what should be report in analysis in such case??
