I still remember the ending to this film. Still haunting to this day. Great music as well - it really adds to the film's atmosphere. Plus, such great writing, direction and a great cast!
This reminds me of so many things from my life... I played this at my wedding, and my family never even knew. My wife kept giggling under her veil during the ceremony, and everyone thought she was crying and tried to comfort her, but she just laughed until they asked why. She said something like "It's the Usual Suspects song!" but no one knew what she was talking about. It was hilarious. Kinda weird, but there was this crippled guy in the back row, and he nodded at me. Keyser Soze, maybe?
Agent (Dave) Kujan. Fun fact, and look this up, the screenplay was written based on the title "The Usual Suspects" - they came up with the name first then the plot. Masterpiece.
Oh, to be able to have a time machine, travel back in time, meet Mozart or Beethoven, play this theme to them and ask them to write a set of variations based on it!
I was thinking of an alternate ending. You see, he says “the greatest trick that had ever been pulled out by the devil is that he convinced the world that he didn’t exist” right. Let us fix the role of devil to keyser and this gets defeated as soon as a third person solves the mystery. We also got to know who keyser was through the COP. I kind of wanted it to be revealed from spacey himself as if he’s reflecting upon how he’s succeeded while leaving the place. Cops have to be dumb and they are in the eyes of keyser and keyser as a supreme villain shall be easily able to outsmart them. A brilliant film though.
If you think we'd have been better off with Hillary at the helm then you need 2 things: a vasectomy (or tubal ligation if you're a woman) and a lobotomy
ChrisTuckerexpress Yes it’s Verbal. I mean of course he is, the guy checked the fax machine and Keyzer Sozw looked like Verbal. So it was Verbal, because Verbal is Keyzer Soze
This should be on the Dark Knight 🌑 soundtrack or be COVERED by Danny Elfman for a Tim Burton movie 🍿 like Edward Scissorhands or A Nightmare before Christmas ⛄
