Very interesting this story. It gives a lot of insight into the work of Joe Jackson as Rudy’s press agent and also about the famous bungalow Rudy had on the Universal lot.
Thank you for picking up on that. Everywhere my research into the bungalow led me, Joe Jackson was there to be found. I looked into him as a side story, and how very sad it was. He is buried at the very top of the stack in a almost darkened corridor at the bottom level of Forest Lawn in a restricted area. I had security with me as I filmed that brief clip of Joe Jackson's resting place. I felt I was probably the first person to come see him in decades if not more. They all deserve to be remembered.
I found this fascinating. How sad that two brilliant (and handsome) young men died so tragically at such a young age. Would you know if that was a quote in Rudy's signed photograph or was it just Rudy's heart speaking so eloquently? Thank you so much.
Hi Cheryl, as far as I know, it was written from his heart. The young lady had done a handwriting analysis of Valentino for her local paper. It was the paper that sent the article to Joe Jackson, who in turn, showed it to Valentino. I agree, it was a beautiful expression.
@@WeNeverForget I truly believe that Valentino had a very special humanity, intelligence, and creativity. This signed note and photograph is so endearing and thoughtful. Thank you for your lovely and quick response. :))
