I'm not a "fitness RU-vidr" but I do make vids about fitness on RU-vid. I used to weigh 190kg (30st), I don't anymore!
I have a passion for storytelling and drama in my videos but most of all I try to make them entertaining and inspirational. I create quirky running, Zwift and motivational content that shows the value of overcoming a bloody hard challenge in whatever form that may possess.

Smashing the content as always, Ryan. Another bit of absolute gold content. I wonder if this will be the one that goes viral. Just a matter of time. And you really need to push this emoji 👌 Incredible progress. Both the time difference on the Three Peaks Challenge, and the huge weight loss. There must be literally thousands of people who tried to do what you've done here and have given up. If they can see this, it'll definitely help motivate some. Saw you said to Alan that you're doing the London to Brighton (it'll bring you literally right past my window as you hit Brighton). I did that a few years ago. You'll sail through basically all of that. The only testing bit is Ditching Beacon. But you'll smash that, too. 👊

Thank you Lee!! As always, I appreciate the support and the time you took to comment. Yes, I've entered the ballot for L2B bike ride. I knew this would happen, bloody Zwift has forced me to get on a IRL bike. Considering I don't own a road bike or even ridden a bike since 1998 it should be interesting. 😅 👌™️

@@RyanCondon No worries. It's great content. If you don't get a slot, lots of people take part anyway by just waiting around the corner from Clapham Common and joining in. They don't get a medal, but they get to enjoy the closed roads and people cheering them on lol

Top effort mate! I recently peaked at 126kg and after watching yours and Marks videos a month ago, have quickly shot back down to 113kg. Keep plodding on.

Love to do an Ironman however Swimming isn't the issue, I'm actually quite a strong swimmer. It's the bike riding, I haven't biked a bike since I was 18. I have however signed upto London to Brighton to force myself out of my comfort zone. I don't even own a road bike.

Cycling is easy it’s the other two bits that would finish me, to be honest I wouldn’t even make it out of the water. Luckily you’ll have plenty of support from the zwift community to get that dialled, you’ll have to venture outside to get those IRL bike skills. Good luck with your next adventure 👍

Congrats on smashing your goal for this one. That's quite an accomplishment to go from 10hrs halfway to 8hrs completed! How many hours a week are you training to get these improvements?

In hours, I'm not sure. I run pretty much everyday and I now Zwift at least twice a week now. I cover about 30 miles on a bad week, anything upto 100 miles when I'm panicking about a Ultra race I've got coming up.
