Silas is honestly such a great character just the pure chaos of him wanting to die lol unlike other villains trying to live. And him having the mind manipulation. Paul played him perfectly (cause lowkey that’s how Paul really is 😆)

Well with klaus he fell for Caroline because he saw her as pure and innocence and he was drawn to that. He says it in season 3 too. Also I think it’s cause Caroline always was real with him and talked to him to his face about how she feels about him.
They can compel people at school for their missing attendance and grades lol that’s why Caroline said they can go to any college they want too cause they can just compel them
So basically the doppleganger thing that you guys are getting confused about. The doppleganger occurence has been occuring since Silas created the spell. Klaus's mother just used the spell to link masking his werewolf side with this occurence. Basically esther used this occurence and drew power from dopplegangers. That's it.
DELENA!! Love them so much 🥰 The graduation scene was bittersweet bc nobody except Jeremy knows that Bonnie is dead and the girls are talking about dorming not knowing that Bonnie won’t be there. Elena feeding Katherine the cure and the Silas reveal made me intrigued for the next season. I could not imagine Katherine as a human and I wasn’t expecting anyone else on the show to have a doppelgänger so it was interesting.
The reason I love Stefan more than Damon is simply because he is too good bro😭 I know that Damon has his moments and it’s not like I hate Delena but I just can’t help but feel bad for Stefan like yea Elena loves Damon but in reality we would never support a girl going from one brother to the other. Like imagining being in love with someone just so they can date my sibling is just like wtf
Stefan is not good nor is he bad, he's just Stefan. A lot of his selfish moments are glossed over but Damon is the only one who gets held accountable for what he does.

Delena is EPIC, no one can beat them for me, I know damon did so many things wrong, many things that are hard to forgive, but he became someone else, a better person BECAUSE OF ELENA, she made him want to be a better man, And he deserved to be chosen this time, at least once he deserved to be chosen, Katherine made Damon become that monster, Elena made Damon become Damon again.I love them, for me no other couple in this series surpasses all their development.
it's always funny when elena antis act like she's the most selfish character on the show when she literally gives stefan the cure not to mention the other numerous things she done but people in particular like to point out elena is somehow selfish for wanting the cure just because everyone else wants it for her too (and that always seems to be the argument with the antis, just because other people will do things for her doesn't mean she even asks for it half the time) she literally gives the cure to her ex when people says she doesn't care about stefan either and she's just 'playing with the guys' again, these people don't watch the show
Just because you do good things doesn't mean you're good. Klaus does good but he's not a good person by any stretch of the imagination. As far as Elena is concerned, she is kind but also selfish and fickle, narcissistic. Listen for me I dislike to hate because of little things that began piling up contrary to how she portrayed herself

No he is not. Stefan never deserved this shitt. Elena literally slept with Damon the day after she broke up with Stefan and continue to hurt him later on. You are all so much into being on Damon’s side when most of the time he was nothing but a narcissistic asshole.
Stefan. ❤ I always remembered how in 4x07 Damon says “Stefan told me about the break up. I’d say I’m sorry but I’m not.” Versus Stefan’s “I’m not happy about Elena but I’m not, not happy for you either.”
Lol after making them both feel horrible by being passive aggressive he said that. Damon doesn’t lie. Remember when Elena and Stefan broke up coz of Kat Damon was literally crying. Damon compelled Elena to forget he loved her and told her Stefan deserved her lol. Damon always tries to portray himself worse than he is and Stefan always does the opposite.

Idk vampire diaries fans are like the least empathetic people lol or at least fans. They hate whining more than murder. “It’s just a show!” Yeah, a lot of fans just want to have fun and get into the chaos. However, a lot of people use the same reasoning to support the worst characters and hate the best as people do *all the time* in real life, which is frankly one reason the world is as bad as it is.

Yeah, one thing I don’t get when I watched their reactions is how they constantly doubted Klaus’ feelings for Caroline when he proved them countless times. Let’s be real here a thousand year-old hybrid doing so many things for a girl who he just had a crush on would not make sense. So it’s obvious he was deeply in love with her.

Stefan is so annoying. I’d never forget how he badmouthed Damon all the time in Season 1 always telling half truths. Lol in the flashbacks its clear Damon didn’t do half the shxt he told everyone.
Sorry but after all these years I am still pissed over the fact that the cure because of which Kol (his whole sire line), Jermey (although he is back know) died, because of which Elena shut off her humanity, Silas (who will bring hell to earth) is now walking freely, Bonnie died and Stefan is locked in a case and thrown to quarry, writers choose it to give to, Kathy The freaking perfect vampire in this series so far............ why bonnie and stefan get hurt 🙁🙁 why just why, can't you let them be happy, writers!! 😭
That’s the thing about good characters, they’ve to suffer a lot. Thankfully in Bonnie’s case audience actually appreciate her character (although we know that in real life the writers simply want to get rid of that character) but in Stefan’s case, the audience (especially those on rival sides) really criticise him unfairly, diminishing his good traits over his few mistakes when many characters have done worst (some literary starting out as antagonists) but still gets love.
