I'm Aussie and knew almost all of these. You don't actually realise just how weird some of our sayings are until you see foreigners trying to figure them out.

Is it just me or does "Fair Dinkum" mean "being serious"!! Like for example "are you being fair dinkum?" this would be awkward if i'm wrong (btw im australian)
