Hi man, sorry for bothering you, but I've a question, I hope you don't mind me asking, but how do you know if your musical projects won't instantly get claimed or removed from RU-vid? I'm asking because I recently finished a long medley for ''The Dark Knight Trilogy'' and I honestly think it came out great, so I'd really like to share it on this site, but I'm also worried it might get claimed instantly or I may even get a strike. Thanks man, peace!
so I don't think you'll get a copyright strike, but a big suite like that will likely get taken down. I uploaded a huge project suite called the Battle of Metropolis and it consisted of Batman v Superman score and Man of Steel score. I merged Terraforming and Their War Here along with quite a few others. It was incredibly good. But it got taken down. My best advice is to not have any footage, only chose a picture to keep in the entire video. that's my best advice. Other things you can do is to change the tempo of the music so youtube doesn't recognize it but then the entire video honestly changes. So that is really up to you. I hope that helps man, I have been absent from uploading because of that reason. Either my videos are taken down, or they're monetized by the company who owns the music, and in most cases, its Warner Bros themselves.
Thanks man and that honestly sucks big time, because you clearly put a lot of effort in your videos and you deserve to be able to make profit, you are the best at what you do!
