That's absolutely false, just one of the many lies he's been telling for 14 years. He was never commissioned anything by the Vatican and he never worked for them in any way, shape, or form. He never even made any actual translation of the Bible but merely rough drafts of small sections of it intended as didactic tools for beginners of Hebrew.

@@patriziacedrini1462 The Vatican doesn't concern itself with such trifles, they don't even deny huge and cruel hoaxes about the Pope which are very widespread on the internet. At a very high level one doesn't waste time with stupid things because any reaction, even a sharp rebuttal, would give them importance and increase their visibility. For example, have you ever heard former U.S. president Bill Clinton and his wife Hillary deny that they're involved in human trafficking, killing of babies in order to drink their blood,etc.? Of course not, for the same reasons I mentioned. As to the Edizioni Paoline, he did work for them so why should they deny it.

Sounds just like going with the flow huh? We've been lied too all the way around on that part of it. I still believe in One Ture Creator of All and Jesus but always knew by the words used in a couple of places that there were other lesser Gods

Biglino's false claims have already been exposed and ridiculed years ago by true experts, including native Hebrew speakers. He's a nobody who by his own admission began studying Hebrew at the age of fifty as a hobby and he only took about twenty private lessons. The idea that he worked for the Vatican is laughable, he has a very basic competence or even less than that. Suffice it to say that he has trouble telling a construct state from an absolute state, he even makes gross mistakee in reading nikud (those who've studied Hebrew will know what I'm talking about).

You speak with a high degree of certainty, where is your evidence? Never heard him say, much less admit anything remotely close to your bs, nor has he ever being debunked. In actuality, the opposite is true. Opus dei disinfo perhaps?

I also studied ancient Hebrew, therefore I don't need to rely on hearsay to realize that he made gross mistakes, unacceptable even for a first-semester student. What's worse, most of the times he deliberately lies in order to support his sci-fi narrative. If by "debunking" you are thinking of official rebuttals by some authority, of course no such thing exists. You have to consider that he's a fringe author who has shamelessly recycled every "ancient astronauts" theory from the past sixty years, so he's either totally unknwown or ignored by academic sources. The experts I mentioned were Israeli-Italian citizens who examined some of his videos and books and were shocked by his linguistic incompetence. You can find dozens of their analysis on the forum "Consulenza Ebraica". Another expert is dr. Giuseppe Cuscito, PhD, who's a translator and a scholar of ancient Hebrew and has often exposed Biglino's lies and tricks. He has done so in his spare time on his RU-vid channel and his blog, not in any official capacity since as I said Biglino is a fraud unworthy of any serious discussion. My former teacher, professor Giancarlo Lacerenza at L'Orientale university, is one of Italy's foremost authorities on ancient Hebrew and was once privately asked to express an opinion. When he read some of Biglino's stuff he was so appalled that he defined him "un mentecatto" ("an idiot") and refused to waste any more time on him. As to Biglino's background and lack of qualifications, he himself is the source of what I wrote because years ago he was more open and honest about his past (except about his criminal record which he managed to keep hidden until 2019). During conferences such as the one held in Sondrio in 2016 he described his studies regarding the Hebrew language, then he went into further details in a conversation with Stefano Bigliardi which can be found online, it's titled "I nuovi antichi alieni di Mauro Biglino".

That book and those tablets don't exist, they are just a literary device created by Sitchin in the early 2000s.

Despite i have my own reasons based on evidence that sumerian , akkadian and babylonian tablets are real historical documents and not invention , also im 100 percent convinced that the book called - the words of lord Enki is real , very valuable heritage from Anunnaki leader Enki and i do believe it is really his own message for our humankind. Sitchin is not inventor of these tablets , he did not even translate those tablets, he just analyzed existing translations of these tablets .There are also many other authors who did detailed analysis. @@archanjelmichael4369 I did my own research, that's why I wrote what I wrote. I want to be very clear: I'm not saying that Sitchin lied, that he forged anything. Those tablets were an honest invention, a perfectly legitimate literary device, not a fraudulent one. What he did was like an author who writes a novel where he/she creates a narrative set in certain epoch, with some historically accurate details but which overall is a work of fiction. That's what happened with the book of enki. Perhaps Sitchin went a bit too far with the alleged fourteen tablets which seems to be presented as real ones, but that's part of the fiction too. The confusion rises from the fact that in all of his previous books Sitchin quoted excerpts from actual mesopotamian texts, but in "the lost book of enki" he did something completely different. He took inspiration from those texts, from those characters, and created an otherwise entirely fictional story which was an entertaining way to sum up all his theories.

"The words of lord Enki " is not collection of quotes and it is not collection of Sitchin analysis and opinions ,but Sitchin placed ancient translations of these 14 tablets into book - The lost book of Enki. "The words of lord Enki " - is literally speech of Enki, rewritten on tablets by his personal writer - Endubsar. It is complete message from EA, tablet after tablet, in chronological order. He spoke about his arrival,and everything what was happening during the presence of Anunnaki. What is more, there are hidden message inside of those texts, they coded our future . "jews" in this translation is often wrong, its the hebrews in early times and later the house of israel wich later split into the northern part (lost tribes) and the southern part (tribes : Juda, Levi and half of Benjamin) and this part of the house of israel where called jews. But all what is said in this video, this has not happened yet. so the naming "jews" is defacto wrong.

​​@@Goodfellas900The proofs of his incompetence are so numerous and scattered all over the web that it's hard to track them all. A good example would be his Instagram post from about three years ago where he proudly showed a drawing (made by his friend R. Rontini) to which Biglino had added a couple of brief handwritten biblical quotes in Hebrew. He made twelve mistakes! He couldn't even correctly write the Hebrew name of Genesis, i.e.בראשית. That's not surprising at all because as he himself told in a 2016 interview in Italian (titled "I nuovi antichi alieni di Mauro Biglino") he only took about "20-25" private Hebrew lessons when he was already 50 years old, and it was just a hobby, something he did late in the evening and overall it lasted only one year. As to the fact that his translations weren't totally his, the proof is in those two volumes: in the Introduction written by Piergiorgio Beretta, chief editor of San Paolo's Bible project, it's clearly stated that Biglino's task was to provide a provisional rough draft that was then reworked by Beretta himself and the editorial staff. It's also explained that those weren't actual translations but merely didactic tools for learners. The real translation was on the facing page: it's called "Nuovissima versione dai testi originali" ("Newest version from the original texts") and Biglino had nothing to do with it because it was made in the 1970s by a team of professional translators. Only that one, not the interlinear, was acknowledged by the Vatican which had given its "Imprimatur" (i.e. seal of approval) to it at the time of the original publication.
