Damn this playlist has me tearing up. My childhood was rough asf but music always made me feel good, peaceful and safe. There wasn’t a day that went by where I wasn’t listening and dancing to these songs for HOURS on end. Shit I still remember dances I made up with friends to some of them 😂 this was my middle school years… I wish artists would bring back this passion and soul for their music!!

Music and music videos were so different then, i used to get so excited to watch all these talented artists create something that puts you in relatable scenarios and moods. And loved copying /dancing the choreography ❤ even dancing changed .
