Yes, numbers do carry different vibrations and meanings. For example, if u-Jakalasi says the 27's are about blood, that means that their vibration is based on the number 7 which symbolises four plus three, which in numerology they symbolise physical or earthly number four and spiritual number three which represents the none physical world.
