@SallumCkillen Gallone was jailed for 25 months, less the time he has spent on remand, for assault occasioning actual bodily harm, criminal damage and intimidation. He had pleaded guilty to the offences at an earlier hearing. Gallone had previous convictions for common assault on an ex-partner, robbery and fraud. He was on bail at the time of the offences. Well he admitted it himself. And has previous for it. So yeah, pretty sure he's a woman beater. Typical big man.

You fell afoul of the specific law that makes it illegal to take a mobile phone into a prison. The "no fences" are besides the point. It's a prison! Prisons don't have to have walls or fences. Personally I think that the punishments that you received as a result of this were harsh - compared to what burglars get.
If this evidence resulted in court orders and prison, then there's gonna be hefty payouts for those affected. Videoed evidence is clear and extra compensation, in the millions, will be due if there was prison time served for not committing any crime.
Unfortunately this videoed evidence was proof that a `crime ` had been committed. Namely , `conveyance of a prohibited article (mobile phone /camera ) into a prison and was partly responsible for the prison time served by a couple of the auditors seen here. These were early days of UK auditing were `mistakes` were sadly made but pathed the way for todays auditors who now avoid going onto / into open cat D prisons like the plague....lessons were learnt but the price had to be paid by the early guys....Respect to them..
