When we went to Thailand, we did a cooking class. It was one of the best things we did. We learnt 9 Thai dishes, it really took the mystery out of Thai cooking and we still makes these dishes today.

I travel a ton, here is a pro tip: chuck all of your dirty clothes in a mesh bag as you wear them. If you nee to sort whites and darks, use 2. When you get home chuck em straight in the wash. Voila! Halfway done and majorly motivated. If you’re working out while away, you may need to stick the mesh bag(s) in a pillow case to protect your clean clothes.
