Summary:
The rational, logical part of his brain calmly tells him that somehow he is a cat now.
In which Izuku Midoriya is hit with a quirk and somehow that leads him to find a lot of crime and people to scratch at with his super sharp claws. It's actually, surprisingly, effective.
