House 1 does have 2.5 baths -- the Livingston model (aka bridgeport in designer or osprey in premier) has a jack-and-jill full bath in the front corner shared by the two guest bedrooms, a 1/2 bath off the entry foyer, and the master bath.
I would love it if you would feature more homes under the 300k mark. I am also curious about homes in other communities nearby like Stonecrest and Spruce Creek.

You mentioned there are a lot of homes near the pitch and putt for sale and were wondering why. There is only golf cart parking at the pitch and putt. Cars are forced to park on the surrounding neighborhood streets. Homeowners are furious about the number of cars parking in front of their homes, blocking driveways etc . I think that is why you are seeing so many homes for sale there. The neighbors are furious at The Villages for not providing adequate parking and rightly so. I wouldn’t want to live there.
