I met Trevor at Delray Beach! I was volunteering at the AVP event. Despite being called the villain of volleyball he was kind enough to take a picture with and give me some advice as a player! Trevor is the man!!!
I really miss watching you guys play and the tutorial videos but have to say I do still enjoy the new line of content as well. I have gotten to know so many more AVP players and can enjoy the sport in an almost behind the scenes way thanks to you. Appreciate what you do!!
Absolutely bomber interview. Great footage and questions that brought out interesting responses and the character of Trevor (Shooter😂). Made me really start to like him. Thanks Riley/McKibbins.
Funny interview 😂 Trevor should definitely stay aggressive during his attacks.....not focus as much on sneaky shots. Swing high and hard he's a big enough guy to do this....yes needs a good consistent jump serve now that he isn't blocking as much...I like the fact he's mentally gained control much better now when things go bad although you can sometimes tell he's still fuming on the inside😄. Get some bands workout the rotator cuff religiously and keep strengthening those legs. Sprints
One of the few times where both players seem to have lost the split. From a team with clear Olympic chances to two teams in international challenger tournament level
He's no villain. And he's right about trashtalk being extremely entertaining and good for the game. However, if everyone was trashtalking as much as Trevor, it would quickly get old. Has to be a balance. But that's one of the things that the World Tour is lacking in comparison to the AVP. It's a bit too stiff on the World Tour imo.
Talking trash is fine but Trevor is just so inconsiderate constantly, even to his own teammate. If you watched him during the most recent MBO, he's constantly ignoring Theo. He left him hanging like 4 different times as Theo went to dap him up or high five his partner. Trevor's pseudo alpha male persona is dumb, it makes it so enjoyable to watch him lose.
