Deluxe box aside this looks like a phenomenal figure, Hasbro TVC team you did a wonderful job! At long last we are getting some Rebels representation in TVC. Sure we had to wait awhile but I can’t argue with the results. I hope the majority of the TVC community comes out in support for this figure. Hopefully with enough interest it could lead to more Rebels characters or other TVC figures in general.

Love the French bulldog comparison! Great review. Zeb will also have different shins in the Ghost since his season three/four shin armor is flipped from his season one/two armor. Obviously not a huge difference there but it’s nice that Hasbro took the effort to get both versions totally accurate.

Bought him today at GameStop for $20 using some rewards points. Fantastic figure.

He looks great. As you mentioned the Haslab version has his the smirk, since this is a deluxe figure, it would have been nice if it came with this head, and a swappable snarling head. He yelled and snarled quite a bit in the show. But still give it a 99.

Couldn't Hasbro just release these on a regular card only ? The deluxe offerings are annoying and clutter up the shelves. Bargain outlets will end up with them.

What an awesome looking figure. It looks like this is where a lot of the TVC tooling for 2024 has gone! Hopefully there is a lot more new tooling associated with the Haslab when they announce it. Cheers

I love the deluxe boxes, as an opener I'd prefer if all figures came in this type of recyclable packaging.

I think with the deluxe figures they could do an oversized card back that way they can still offer the deluxe price point and while also catering for those that want to see the figures in the packaging it can be possible as we had the ice cave Mando and Grogu with that big card back

It's sad that it took Hasbro 10 years to *finally* give us some fully articulated rebels action figures. But, the black series at the time I think was producing vintage collection quality 3 inch figures. But the demand for the vintage collection was high. Still, this is a good looking figure and I love star wars rebels, so I'm definitely picking one of these! 11:47

When hasbro wants to do something right, they clearly can. Which makes it so frustrating when they fall short, repeatedly

One major reason I bet hasbro would love to go to the boxes instead of carded figures is reverse logistics (returns). When they’re so heavily focused on e-commerce and direct to consumer, a more resilient package means fewer returns (which probably cost about 3x the figure cost in shipping alone). The carded collectors are a decent market but they’re probably the most expensive customer to serve too. Anywho, just some two cents from someone has to think like hasbro in their day job lol

Zeb looks great. Only critique I have is that the pupils are too small, giving him a slightly creepy look. Nothing a fine-tip art pen can't fix though. Agree with you that he definitely should have come carded! No more blind-boxed figures!

So, who’s making custom “regular” card & bubble kits for the Deluxe TVC stuff? So I can recard and display these like, ya know, Star Wars Figures?

Still at least 7 months from the ghost and so far they have released separately a mural 2 pack of the ghost figures we didn’t get with the Kickstarter 2 deluxe figures zeb and Sabine the rest of the figures recarded and recoloured I wonder when they will release a phantom 1 to fit the ghost they have done everything else

Thanks for another great review tim. I loved the rebels show. That is truly an amazing figure. Unfortunately I have no interest in collecting any of these figures. I think it's cool they are bringing them into live action, but unfortunately I don't find the content remotely enjoyable. I enjoyed the 1st 3 season of mandalorian, and didn't mind book of boba fett (stupid name for the series). As for all the other shows I find the writing boring and just plain stupid. I've tried to find enjoyment in them but just can't. I am definitely way more picky these days about what I'm going to collect and unfortunately new media doesn't make the cut. It's sad because I do love aliens and usually collect them even if I'm not into the show but I'm definitely passing on this line. Even the ghost is an amazing ship, maybe if I was better off financially I might have considered getting it, I'm just not that invested. I sure hope that someday star wars will get good again.

Definitely want rid of the deluxe packs, unlikely but there's not point unless like you say it's got some special accessory like an Eweb

Was this deluxe set a select distributor set or will it be available everywhere ?

Looks really nice, but once again it shouldn't be a deluxe figure. Even just including the alternate smiling headsculpt would have gone a long way towards justifying the price here

I still would rather Hasbro figure out how to do deluxe carded if that’s what is required to do larger figures. I am not a fan of these boxes at all.

Amazing figure and I look forward to getting mine…I think the only issue is the price. $28 plus taxes and shipping for non Pulse members is far too high for a single figure with 2 accessories no matter how tall or well painted it is.

French Bulldog. Hunh? Explains a little. Me? I got a bwad @$$ Wolf hybrid. No big deal. Do u get tired of the all the intense colorways of modern StarWars? The ships still try to be grimy & used, but the characters look like they just walked out of Avatar (Pandora, but either fits the point). It feels so NOT StarWars to me, but I'm probably just an angry OT fan. What do I know?
