You should have the freedom to work as much as you want to. If you want to work 12 hours, and your boss agrees, do so. If you want to work 8 hours, and your boss agrees, do so. Maybe instate an overtime law.

I have to disagree with you gentlemen on this issue. The JCP has been notorious in organising riots since the American occupation ended. Just four days after the occupation officially ended, there was a half day long riot in Tokyo where the JCP organised 400,000 rioters. And lets not forget their de facto student's wing, the Zengakuren. Yes, they're divided into three factions and are more or less anarcho-communists, but the majority of them do cooperate with the JCP and vice-versa.
