Storm is literally limited by the writer's knowledge of how weather works. It's the same as Ice Man or Magneto, hell name an X-Men character and you see just how little schooling some of these writers had.

But in the situation say a Silver Surfer, Onslaught, or similar powers it do little than inconvenience... Given say Surfer has just gone through black holes to save time and that right there make anything even upper limits Storm could possibly do be meaningless... Though to be fair Storms powers if written and used right are not a joke. She could easily if say willing and evil wipe out planets populations or use said powers to hinder powerful beings. Mind same in a different matter how Magneto can do such by summoning planet destroying meteors from light years away, or alter the polarities in individuals, and even kill characters above him like Apocalypse in the classic Age of Apocalypse story run. Still both say Storm or Magneto aren't usually or categorize as Omega and just Alpha. Omega usually meaning for mutants there is no upper limit or perceived limit. Both Magneto and Storm at best showing tire out where if Omega they wouldn't tire out and the scale could go beyond. Again as others mentioned or stated it also all has to do with the writers understanding of said powers, characters, and what they do with it. Say example Iceman is an Omega Mutant, but do we usually see it? No.... They dumb him down and yet he has shown feats of an Omega Mutant as example in a story he froze a part of all Hell over... Now MCU hell like say MCU heaven is as big or possibly bigger to all the living MCU universe. So Iceman freezing over hellfire in a length bigger than say Sol and the Galaxy... Is insane... Then of course how one time Emma Frost used Iceman full potential and was practically unlikable if any moisture was around. As him being in ice form he could be shattered into a million pieces or into vapor and still reform... Well besides it isn't ice he controls truly, but the subatomic form of absolute zero... So if he wasn't written as a idiot in many cases the things he could do with his powers is further beyond just turning things to ice or how in odd instances made living ice creatures in certain stories....

Youre often just told to assume characters have been interacting off screen, for example hermes and weather/annasui are never seen talking in the manga, the same with FF and weather report. Its the reason I don’t rank part 6 too highly, because its all fighting and hardly any downtime, and the cast suffers because of it

I feel like once you get into JoJo, you stop caring about logic in most fiction and enjoy the concepts introduced for what they offer and explore. You stop giving a shit if it makes sense because it's cool and you're already invested. That's a compliment. It probably is the reason I got really invested in some nutty games. SMT, Guilty Gear, Metal Gear, TWEWY, a little bit of Souls games, etc. Heck, that's basically all of comic books in a nutshell. Of course, maybe I'm the odd man out in this. i think they'll do one of two things: either have 2 seasons of 26, similar to what they did with Stardust Crusaders or they'll pull a surprise and make each episode 1 hour instead of 30 min, and have that run for a 39-ep or so season. I'm not predicting anything right now, but that may hold some water given the fact that Part 7 was when they transferred to Ultra Jump with monthly, 60-70 page chapters instead of weekly 20 page chapters.

They get enough time in the manga to elaborate so they’ll get enough time in the anime. It’s just weird why you think having intricate plots means it should have a second season. @@ledzeppelinfan1001 technically several time if we count the "replacement limbs" Giorno creates; for instance Baby Face cuts off Giorno's hand, which is then revealed to be a fake, but he doesn't have any damage reflected onto him. Other instances include things like Cioccolata destroying Giorno's trees with his mold (though maybe the reflected damage attacked the mold itself rather than the user), and Diavolo steps on one of the scorpions Giorno creates with GER, but this is an anime only thing and that wasn't in the manga, so maybe DP made a mistake by trying to add a cool scene

My biggest worry is gonna be the next batch of episodes because it's gonna cover the Maximum Security arc, and I think the fights during that are some of the worst in the series. If DP can somehow salvage that, Part 6 will definitely be one of my favorite Parts because even if it's kind of a shame that some breather moments got cut out, these first 12 episodes might be the best beginning in JoJo to me
