An Insta360 x3 camera and an iPhone14 (usually in cinematic mode). But I think the vast majority of it was shot on the 360.

I have a 9.5-ft extended "selfie stick" for the 360 camera which "disappears" in editing, causing it to look almost drone-like.

How long does the ride take? Is it mostly downhill?

@@rosannawood2271 The entire trail is about 34 miles. If you want to do just the part from Whitetop down to Damascus, there are shuttles that will take you to the top and you can basically coast all the way to Damascus for 17 miles.
