I love listening to Rupert Sheldrake. His lack of ego and arrogance is so refreshing. His explanations are clear and easily understood. He is soothing 😊.

I love Sheldrake's work, thank you for having him on. One critical remark:at around 10:40 he says that most people would say that telepathy is real. I would disagree; I think most people do experience telepathy (as in, say, the phone call example), but most would deny it as such and call it a coincidence, since they trust science (or rather, the scientistic and materialistic worldview) more than their experience and intuition.

Years ago when I was first out on my own I couldn’t afford long distance calls. When I wanted to talk with my mom, who was 1500 miles away, I would just concentrate on her calling me and she would nearly always call within several minutes. No one can ever tell me people can’t influence others over hundreds of miles with our minds.

May I just say that I commend you, the interviewer, for articulating your beautiful thoughts about 'time' at around the 1:00:00 mark. That's a very difficult chair to be in, speaking such personal thoughts to such an eminently learned man as Rupert. I was praying for you as you spoke. Because, I believe God can answer prayers outside of time. I hope He would be pleased to bless the words spoken by you and those spoken by Rupert to your mutual edification. I believe the words in this wonderful interview will prove life-giving as the tone of the interview on both sides was so very childlike. I say that as a big big compliment. And Jesus called a little child unto him, and set him in the midst of them and said, Verily I say unto you, Except ye be converted, and become as little children, ye shall not enter into the kingdom of heaven. Whosoever therefore shall humble himself as this little child, the same is greatest in the kingdom of heaven. > < I already loved Rupert. And now Im pleased to meet you.

I just thought the other day that every consciousness evolves... Cats for instance, are certainly more respondent in 2023 that they were in the 1970's. When i was a kid they ate crappy hard cat food, hung around on the peripheral of the family furniture, caught mice, and occasionally crapped on the carpet. Now in 2023, my cats send messages to me through their behavior, respond to my emotions and communicate their needs for attention and even boredom. So that got me thinking that the collective consciousness... I dare suggest even the concept of an ultimate original creator consciousness...GOD...has evolved over billions of years also. The "behavior" of the big bang was intense, immediate, impatient per se. Evolution and observation and invention are connected. For instance, Gods first experience was exclusively and infinately the feeling of loneliness. From that he gained the observance of aloneness, the feeling of loneliness, of loving - being love...but unaable to give it and share it to celebrate the joy of another. No wonder it was not good for man to be alone... Then he had a short temper for awhile... until he experienced the natural consequences of anger and acting out...(wrath) (separation) (hence more loneliness) By the time he decided (oh bla bla bla the generations of unruly descendants of David and the frustrations his self-absorbed 'chosen children ' brought on even after he gave them a tablet of guidelines to living together in love....) God was personally getting patient..(only way to LEARN patience is to BE patient...right!?) He evolved to the point of love and patience to create his son to personify his ultimate intention to bring each soul/part/creation of being (of love) unconditionally back into the oneness of love ...without loneliness. He /she whatever...will continue to evolve as will every consciousness ever existing. Hmmm....comments?

Jaaa mooi!

I clearly understand that the methodology Rupert``s studies are based on needs to be statistical, peer reviewed double blind double fold etc etc for him to debate with the comfortably numb soci ety....So he dont want to be associated with crystal balls hokuspokus pseodo-science that only seeks magical profits. but genuine esoteric traditions , vedic, egyptian, tibetan etc do have accumulated knowledge about this spiritual bodies call them aetheric, astral, bioplasmic,

It is important to ask whose best interest is served with this paradigm of mechanistic materialism? Who does it most benefit to keep it at this level above and beyond practical things like keeping jobs, papers and books written? Let’s go deeper to a more profound understanding of who benefits?

I heard a earthquake before it hit while i was sitting in my room, it was about 2am, I was sitting and thought i could hear this vibration but it was behind my ears, like bone conduction this left to right sweep of vibrations then started to resonate at the centre of my brain and at that exact point there was a earthquake. But 2 weeks before during a very mild shroom trip, -1g tea, again very mild just felt very relaxed for a while, now while sitting in my room was when i first had the bone conduction experience but when the 2 vibrations started to resonate I closed my eyes and something like a ripple in a pond in reverse then formed the picture or more like put me in the moment, on a mountain looking at a huge elephant with a beautiful huge tree with pink leaves in a big pot on it's back, everything had golden aura/glow, the noise continued then it all faded away as quick as it appeared, i have had a LOT of experience with mushrooms and that was a new one for me, felt like a gift not a thought and the fact this happened again while sober with a earthquake is just wild.

A FANTASY OF MINE: Rupert Sheldrake and Richard Dawkins share an evening together on any of the following: DMT, Ayauasca, or LSD, many the first two more than the last one. (Dawkins, I hear, is very afraid of trying any of these things, but I think would do him some darn good to help shake off some entrenched ideas that are beginning to look rather dusty)
