Alicia is one of my all time favorite judges. her and pharrel are very similar. they love hearing the artist who pour their soul into their music and both are intensely passionate

Alicia has good comments but she is a lousy coach. She always starts out with the best talent on her team and then either eliminates them, gives them away, or makes such bad song choices for them that America votes them off. Look at Vanessa this season. She should have won hands down but because of lousy coaching and bad song choices she almost went home last week. I don't think she'll make it to the top 4 and that's really sad.

Barbara Washington Miley is inexperienced but she tried very hard to be a good coach. She was also devoted her time to coaching a lot. The bad part would probably be her song choices, but overall she is a decent coach for me.

First of all, they are coaches not judges and second, that's never going to happen. Blake and Adam are the show! See my comment above about Xtina. She' such a diva/biyatch that I doubt they will ever ask her back on the show as a coach. I'm sure Adam and Blake are sick of her too. I know I sure am.

Sue James You're such a negative Nancy I can't. Christina is one of he most humble people in the world when it comes to humanitarian stuff and business. Consistent interviews recent and past have shown all the coaches she have been with, love her. Promote what you love, stop bashing what you hate.

Xtina was the worst coach. She's so full of herself and a lousy coach to boot. She only won because Alison had a great voice. Any coach who had Alison would have won just like any coach who had Jordan Smith would have won. It took an amazing coach like Blake for Sundance to win! Plus I'm sick of seeing Xtina's boobs. She has no class when it comes to dressing. She's let herself go so badly that the only way I guess she can feel sexy is to flaunt her boobs. Ths supposed to be a family show and not the place to flaunt cleavage. Xtina overall is disgusting to me and I hope she NEVER comes back!!!

Sue James First off, a good coach DOES NOT equate to winning The Voice. The vast majority of viewers of this show are country lovers. If you are a country artist on Team Blake, you have an automatic card at least to the semi finals. I don't care what any of y'all say about "no, country artists are unique" because although that may be true (Sundance was great), there were SO MANY country artists that got far eliminating actual artists. (Barret, Zach, etc.) Second, the things that make a good coach are the strong connection and support you get after the show and the actual CRITIQUES you get during the show. I'm sorry, I LOVE all the coaches by being told, "wow so unique, wow amazing voice. That felt so good. Thank you for that!" DOES NOT help the artists in the long run. Christina has the ability to critique artists and tell it as it is. It's it's pitchy, work on it. If it was boring, work on song choice. If the artist is doing the same genre every week, switch it up. This is a huge reason why I'm excited for Jennifer Hudson to be a judge because on The Voice UK, she gave critiques and taught them how to sing and perform. Also, the connections Christina has with Chris Mann, Raquel, Jacquie, Alisan, etc. is amazing. She along with Blake are the best coaches when it comes to after The Voice connection with contestants. Third, for the hundredth time, when has showing cleavage EVER correlated with having no class? Just because she wears clothes more revealing, doesn't mean she's slutty or nasty or self absorbed. All the coaches on the show bring something unique to panel. Some are nice, some are mean, some are hard, and some are supportive.
