JComgJC I feel like part of that is due to her heart, you can see she is truly comfortable with herself and she cares so much for others. She's not plastic like many big name stars today and I love that about her:)

She loves to monopolise all dialogues most times. The competition is about the competitors, not the judges. Sia comprehends this and tried to comfort and mentor Frenchie, because that's Christina and Sia job as a invited guest for coaching advisory.
sia: "do you have any question for us?" she made this question twice!!!!!! you can tell that she really wanted to help this girl,, she wanted to hear any doubt that girl might have had,,, i know it's just a question but it tells more than what christina could have done to help her
Sia is genuinely nice, it's so touching. She truly cares to make the singer feel at ease and confident. She feels her nervousness and relates to her. I find it powerful as a coaching technique. I feel really happy to see her be and stay natural even if she 's getting more and more reknown.

I really felt Sia was giving helpful constructive criticism and it shows how much she cares about Frenchie asa singer and a person. Not that Christina didn't do this, she did in her own way, but not as effectively as Sia. All she really did was talk about herself it seemed. Sia is just amazingly talented. Love everything about her.

to be honest sia critique was more fundational and let frenchie know what she could work on. although christina gave some cheerleading performance advice. the advice that sia gave was more constructive.

Sia actually giving helpful critique instead of just saying “you need to blow this out of the water.” I know Christina can sing but Sia understands vocals and music to a whole other level.
It's so beautiful to see someone with so much talent and success like Sia being so down to earth and so humble, christina is always acting like a diva, i mean she is amazing but i dont like her attitude sometimes, fame makes some people forget where they come from.

So I completely acknowledge that Christina is a very good singer. I just can't help but feel a little embarrassed for her sitting next to Sia, whom I consider to be the *vastly* superior artist, trying to give advice. This is cemented by the fact that Frenchie really keyed into what Sia was saying to her versus the fluffy whatever Christina was talking about, to the point of nearly ignoring Christina's "advice" to try and get more out of Sia. That and somehow Christina still seemed to try and make this scene about her. Between her appearance, her body language, and how loudly she spoke in the first place... It's pretty obvious she wasn't thrilled about not being *the* go to coach. Ignoring her seemingly rude attitude towards Sia, Sia herself was absolutely adorable as always.
Wow Sia and Christina are complete opposites lol. Sia is real and genuine, giving artistic advice. While Christina is fake and giving cheerleading advice. Not to mention interrupting Sia.
After watching this again I can see that Christina doesn't know how to coach people to actually sing. She's just telling i.e. "beautiful, amazing, wonderful, blah, blah, blah...." No real comment about how to actually perfect yourself, what techniques to use to make your live singing even better. You can actually see that Sia knows what she's talking about and when she drops a ball to Xtina n asks for her comment about the same thing, Xtina doesn't actually reply to that at all but answers to a question which was not even asked..lol Xtina can sing but she ain't a coach to nobody..

haha i know what you're trying to say because i personally don't really like Christina as a vocal coach myself cuz she always seems very show-offy instead of actually giving advice, but to correct you on the quote you used, Christina actually said "get the TECHNICIAN to RECORD your vocal for you..", which is actually a good tip for singers to gauge how sharp or flat they need to avoid being vocally when performing live. but yea anyway i still feel you :D
Good advise for a beginner no doubt. SHE admitted to STILL doing that for her own music. In wich her pen never hits paper id imagine. Veery un creative not special talent. She will live in infamy cause of the Brit, Justin, Xtina, mandy moore boom era. And fore blowing her marrige cause she wanted to have lesbian sex in the same house as her child and then husband.
