They foreshadowed Dante being a whisperer from Ep 1 thats why Saddiq was so fixated on his mouth when he first saw him thats the only part of the face uncovered by the whisperers mask. Saddiq suspected him from the jump but doubted himself cause of his PTSD.

They were talking right through Saddiq's flashback to Dante's mouth and the clicking noises. The first time we saw Dante, Saddiq couldnt stop watching Dantes mouth..its what he recognized. Most fans caught that right away. These guys talk too much, and too loud and miss stuff

RIP to Siddiq bro he wasnt able to overcome his PTSD 😔, his actor did a great job in his final episode and the twist with Dante was definitely one I didnt expect (even though so many people randomly predicted it at the start of the season lol)

JJ Kilhij I feel he couldn’t overcome his PTSD cause deep in his subconscious he recognized Dante’s voice and his lips (that’s why he kept looking at them) but due to the trauma of what happened he consciously couldn’t make the connection until it was too late

Ironic how Siddiq was telling the one person who 100% knows what it's like to watch someone you love die brutally in front of you, and not be able to do anything about it. Great episode.

this was a pretty big twist considering Dante in the comic book is actually a good guy, this was a really good episode with some great performances :)

In terms of episodes appearances yea Siddiq wasn't there too long but in the timeline of the show he lived twice as long as carl and twice as long as anyone who died before the season 9 time skips, he lived nearly a whole decade and he was healing/treating people that whole time and was able to leave offspring behind. Sad to see him go but he definitely honored Carl like he said he would.

Carol used Lydia and manipulated her that is why she felt that Carol is like her mother because Alpha does the same thing. Alpha has been abusing and manipulating Lydia all her life so of course she's gonna react the way she did and dip cause she's had enough of it.

@13:40 She may have been watching for a long time. Go back and watch the episode several seasons (3x12) ago when Morgan was by himself in that small town and he was going crazy. He told Rick that he saw people wearing the faces of the dead.
