I really liked that Judith tried to protect Maggie and Maggie was the one that technically saved her and helped bring her into the world. And the fact that they all tried to help Daryl get thru the horde to save Judith was what this episode title was all about. Family.

That’s what I said as well, the moment she was shot they went into beast mode Lol. I believe the narration we have been hearing at the beginning is Judith giving ricks speech from the comics to stop the riots & fights. Just my opinion though

Same! And my husband started watching with me this season so he was so confused. And I spent so much time explaining the whole Daryl/Judith thing and the Daryl/Rick thing to him. This shit took me OUT.

Really liked how the episode focus the group being a family like before, like them killing the walkers so they can give some space for Daryl and Judith. Judith referencing Rick, Michonne, Carl and Lori was sweet, and liked the themes of family in the episode, like Daryl telling Judith that after they finish with Pamela, he's going to tell her about the people that loved her and Aaron telling Lydia that he got his arm cut off but he survived it and telling her "she is loved". The scene with Negan and Ezekiel in the train was my favorite scene of the episode and the shot of the walkers entering the gates of the commonwealth was so cool. Great performances in the episode and Negan seeing the variant walker was fun to see.

Yes! All of it was incredible, just a beautiful episode even though it broke me a couple times. Hearing Aaron say "you are so loved to Lydia" after knowing Aaron was at one time so cruel to Lydia, making her feel like a outcast even after the 4 communities made the pact to bring her in and protect her. Obviously that doesn't mean they all had to love the idea but his disdain for her was so far from Aaron's normal character it stuck out and stung that much more when it came from him. So to hear HIM say she's so loved now hit THAT MUCH harder aswell.

I was crying HARD when Aaron said "you are so loved". Because for so long so many didn't trust her. I was also yelling no when Judith got shot and yelling to our people to kill Pam. I need to see Pam die in the finale. This episode was amazing. And the way they all fought to find Daryl a way out to get help for Judith and was fighting all the walkers show how much Judith means. I cried for 5 minutes after it was over. I'm not ready for the finale at all. This show has been a huge part of our lives. My husband and I have been with this show since day #1. There will never be another show like this one. Great reaction guys. Can't wait to watch with y'all in 2 weeks! Don't forget AMC + has a special on behind the scenes walking dead next Sunday.

Judith has the constitution or charter that Michonne wrote up and there's got to be a major reason she has it. Maybe she is the one that gives Rick's speech. Like they say "Out of the mouths of babe's." It would be fitting.

Remember when Lydia was in the cell at Hilltop? She told Daryl that her mom wouldn’t come back for her because when someone goes missing they get left behind like they never existed. I feel when Lydia says they can’t leave them behind it’s a way she defines a contrast between Alpha & our survivors.

It was great to see how much the group cares about each other and especially Judith ,and how Negan, Rosita and the rest held the walkers off just to get Daryl and Judith through,I loved seeing Negan fully integrated into our group now it's badass to see

I’ve always been a huge Negan fan. The scene between him and Ezequiel on the train is one of the most impactful and emotional of the whole show. Just listening closely to the words is so beautiful

The way they've written 11c is phenomenal. They are picking pieces of every season and mimicking it in 11c. Rick killed Shane and said, "This was you, not me." Judith whispered "Dad" and passed out the way Rick whispered Carl before passing out in sea.1 ep.1. Rick started his whole venture looking for his wife and SON. IF Judith were to die it's full circle.

I'm pretty sure Pamela doesn't get caught or dies but she makes an escape to New York. That's how Negan and Maggie head to NY. Also there has to be a reason for that closeup of RJ with the hat in the beginning. Could the time skip see Judith being honored and RJ is the one retelling the story?

That is exactly what I have been thinking. A good reason for Maggie and Negan to go to NY, they both love Judith and would want to see find Pamela and get justice. The two of them can get it done, just as Negan said to Maggie in this episode.

I believe the narrated parts we have heard from Judith is her giving the big speech that Rick gave in the comics to stop the riots and fighting. Other than that I have no idea which way they are going. Obv they will get Alexandria back at least, but we have so much to learn, like Rick being alive, CRM, designation 2, Gabe & Negan telling people about Jadis and the helicopter, etc. And we will only get a post credit scene for Rick I believe. It will prob end on somewhat of a cliffhanger bc of the spin offs. And I hope Jerry might get his Kingdom 2.0 he was talking about in episode 19. Aaron calls him “king Jerry” and then Jerry says “queen Nabilla” - I just watched it again and it would be so cool If they could use that place they were in for Kingdom 2.0! It would be awesome! And I loved how our group all basically stopped and got into beast mode the moment Judith was shot; just seeing Maggie, Negan, Carol and Daryl act the way they did and see how much her getting shot affected them was so awesome bc she’s Judith! lol, she’s ricks kid and the epitome of what this show is about, family & found family ♥️

I kinda agree with this theory. I think she is the catalyst for the Maggie Negan spinoff in New York. I think she’ll flee there and those two go after her. The only thing I’m having a hard time with is Rick, if he’s with the CRM now would he help the woman that shot his daughter?

Yeah but keep in mind. Carl was shot in the face and just lost an eyeball so it’s plausible she could live but i think it would be a good time for Rick and Michonne to make their appearance, like Judith wakes up and sees them standing over her in the hospital.

I think that Pamela shooting Judith was the TV equivalent of Sebastian shooting Rick in the comics. They killed Sebastian to make us feel safe and have now remixed that scene in a gut-wrenching way. Of course, I doubt Judith will die, but I truly do believe that's what they were going for.

We are already hearing parts of her speech with all the narration that’s been done. I believe it’s part of her speech that she gives to stop the riots and fighting. It’s going to be amazing. I hope someone else isn’t Giving her speech because she dies, that would be awful 😢 And remember Daryl said he would tell her all the stories when it was over so maybe there’s a time jump & Judith relates some of the stuff he told her or something. I don’t know but I’m super stoked for the finale! 90 mins, I can’t wait!

Maggie helped Judith come into this world, Carl handing the hat over to Judith and then Judith handing it over to Rj... I have been revisiting the past seasons. Just finished "No Sanctuary " where Rick and Carl are reunited with Judith. It would be such a shame if Judith gets killed off now after all she has been through. My hope is that she will be reunited with Rick, Michonne, and Rj.

So they are paying homage to past seasons with Judith getting shot, like Carl, and Daryl carrying her like Rick did Carl when he lost his eye, and Carl saying “Dad” right after he got shot. Judith was talking about Rick, not Daryl though. I think this is setting up Rick to appear in the finale to be there when she wakes up like he was with Carl.

Hey guys, been watching your "reviews" for some time now and absolutely love your humour, seriousness etc. Season 11 episode 23 (which I've partially seen thanks to your comments) had me shouting at the TV coz the "lil ass-kicker" cannot die!!! Never been soooo hooked on a series as this one and trust me it ain't been easy watching TWD or any of the spin-offs in the UK... Tomi the surgeon will save Judith. They will not kill off another grimes kid. This is not a spoiler, this is my opinion. Just want to make that clear. Also we have to wait 3 weeks because they are going to do a talking dead special the Sunday after next, and AMC won’t be releasing the finale early. So guys November 20th is the last episode 😭

I say Negan… he should be the one who takes Pamela out. Judith was they only person who treated Negan with kindness while they had him locked up. She gave him the compass so he could find his way home … and he did because he came back to her. Negan also saved Judith’s life during the winter storm. .. one point lol… Negan does not kill kids and women but he will make one exception for Pamela lol

the most obvious entrance for rick would be that they have to call in help for "the girl" and they come in with a helicopter (just like any of those crm resque flights).. Because they need him to make an early entrance

INCREDIBLE episode! Absolutely loved it. Things feel like they’re coming to a head in the 90 minutes of the final episode. Judith will reveal what she knows about Rick, Pamela will die, the CRM will be revealed, and hopefully we get a time skip with proper closure. Just awesome.

Hands down the best 11c episode. So many huge moments. Pissed they did that to Lydia though. Interested in seeing Daryl and Negan reactions to seeing that. Cassidy KILLED that. Amazing actress. She heard him speaking to Ezekiel and is starting to acknowledge that he is a changed man for the better. Judith saved Negan all those seasons ago by believing in him and Judith also saved Maggie. I think Pamela escapes to a CRM base in New York which leads to Maggie taking Negan up on his offer for the spin off. Just the two of them tracking her down and exacting justice.

They did the whole "show the evil lady the living dead threat" in game of thrones, she didn't care either. I think they will all be variants soon enough, may depend on when they turned compared to when they contracted the updated virus.

Judith has bought so many people together. When she was born Daryl’s first though was to get formula. She’s really shaped him as well as his own battles. Remember when carol and Tyreese looked after her when they got separated (during terminus era) this was meant to be her story all along.

Judith narrating every intro was clear foreshadowing of her death (especially this episodes intro which basically gives it all away). How am I the only one who saw this moment coming? I can't be the only one who noticed that? Her last word was calling Daryl daddy. That is going to put Daryl and Rick at odds when Daryl finally sees Rick. Daryl is gonna pull a Yondu and be like "You might've been her father, but I was her daddy". I think Rick is gonna be the bad guy in the movie. I'm calling it now. And I think Michonne is gonna be the one to put him down.

@@gregkrueger331 you missed the point. Her saying daddy to Daryl only reminded him of how he has been her father figure since she was a baby. And her death would put him at odds with Rick when Daryl finds out Rick was alive this whole time and basically abandoned Judith by not returning. Learn how to read between the lines and maybe you won't feel stupid when you read comments.

I’m praying that Carol is the one to kill Pamela. After shooting Judith, there is no other option but to kill Pamela. Also, based on the teaser for the next episode, there’s only 2 ways I can imagine Rick showing up: 1. Daryl, after whatever happens in the clinic, hallucinates seeing Rick 2. Post-credits scene

I screamed so loud watching this episode when Lydia got bit. I thought it was going to be Elijah that got hurt or died based on previews. Even though our people being attacked and everything by The Whispererss and getting so many people killed was so brutal, they learned some really good tricks from them. If Judith had not gine with them she would not have been there to push Maggie out of the way and Maggie would have been the one hit.

Y'all just going to ignore Judith and RJ showing up out of nowhere when last episode it was all the kids are being held somewhere else and we don't have any idea where they are? I know people are going to be all "but there's only a couple episodes left". Yes, and they've known this was coming for two years so it's all on Kang and the writers not adequately planning. I'm sure we'll get one of her twitter explanations once the non-plused members see the episode and point it out.

My prediction for Pamela's ending is they all decide to put her in prison, crm comes and she thinks they're gonna get her but instead they throw her to walkers and interact with our main team or something. Wild guess lol

Judith is going to live. She’s the narrator and said this is the day everything changes forever. She’s only know that if she’s living in the future. There will probably be a big time jump with Judith telling the story to her kids or RJ’s kids. I think they will put Pamela in jail for life as what happened to Sebastian in comics. Angela Kang said they were doing some changes and remixes of the comics. Jerry saying see ya on the other side reminded me of Desmond on Lost. So I think Jerry will die from the variant Walker holding Chekhov’s knife. Judith might have said Daddy cause she will hallucinate Rick.

The weird thing about the variants and there's a bunch of them, but if u remember how alpha walked with the dead and would whisper everything, these variants also whisper so they can communicate, variants were actually in the episode around when Arron's bf died the military guy with the Gatling gun, for him to be able to fire at Michonne would mean a variant because the walkers regular ones can't pick up or fire weapons, the variants remind me of tales of the undead with the science guy that studied the zombies and how they evolved, in which is actually falling into place with the current variants, it does make a tiny bit of sense if the zombies are evolving, Judith getting hit was very emotional. Now the part the group holds back the herd while letting Daryl and Judith get past, we def aren't losing Daryl, negan or Maggie but Connie possibly and Luke possibly Ezekiel as well. Seeing it's the finale I'm sure most characters will get killed off
