I remembered in the beginning he didn’t give a shit about anyone now he just wants to protect the ones he loves, this is what makes him an awesome character
@@Carlos-wy4on all the stupid things he did to get Lydia to just die like that, bro i really cried because of Henry not really for Carol, as well as Enid, she would be an awesome future leading character
I still get chills from this scene. I haven’t experienced a more powerful personal reaction to character deaths since Hershel. Still gets me every time. Never cared for Henry though after he let the Hilltop prisoners go.
Rewatching this almost made me cry again. Enid and Tara were great characters but then Henry was having a really great character development and relationship with Lydia but then got killed so soon. He was one of my favorites and cannot believe he became one of the pike victims 😭
Yeahhhh bro, Tara and Enid were loved ofc, but they had already had a great story, but Henry was getting lots of attention and sort of becoming the "new Carl", only for him to die😭😭
Enid and Tara hit me but I was ok with it cause they had a good story development. But Henry was getting lots of focus and sort of becoming the "new Carl" to the show, only for him to die ffs
@@Legonios I realized that for immediately killing off Henry, that's lazy writing right there. I even wrote a Wattpad story from TWD, these three end up not being pike victims, instead I used my own characters.
@@tonyparra8459 nah, don't think so. Henry's been around longer than this season. Only now was he a major player, but he still had things to do before, just not as much. It would've been extremely lazy to have a character we'd never met become integral and then die that same season. If we can lose Carl, we can lose Henry. If you know about writing, you'd know that it takes getting to know a character to feel the impact of their loss and make you care they're gone. Not randomly throwing people in there just to have the body count. There's no sense of high stakes there. So many disliked Henry, but at least got to know him, so his death hit them hard, especially knowing and seeing what his bond was with Carol and Ezekiel and how it would impact them. There's a reason that people remember Tammy, Enid, Tara, and Henry, specifically, as pike victims, but can't remember the others. Or if they do, can't remember their names. And you can see from the reactions that it went from, "Oh man, that's messed up" to "Fk this show" as they went down the line to people actually knew for a while.
it would have been them but leaving henry in his place so that carol can take revenge on alpha and beta, obviously enid with carl, it could have been magnificent
My jaw dropped in season 2 when the girl came out of the barn as a zombie....I was so engaged in the story in season 2 it was so damn good and when she walked out that barn I couldn't believe what I was watching
enid’s death was the one that shook me more than any of the other characters, i loved her since they first introduced her and i was so invested in her character and development throughout the show. i loved these other people too, no doubt, but enid was one of the only reasons i still gave this show a chance
The way the revealed the heads was done so masterfully, showing certain people and throwing you off to who it could be.....Some shit really is confusing on this show but when it comes to killing characters Walking Dead is among the best
uggghhhhhhhh i remember that day that episode..... i shocked and cried like this....what a masterpiece ha..... congrats all cast and crew.. and many thnx for u gave us TWD
Besides the end of Season 6 and the beginning of season 7, this was the BEST episode. For 3rd I have to go with season 5 opener, the bat to the head, slit the throat scene was bad ass.
It's was so sad to see all of their heads on pikes, but i wasn't expecting to see Tara there, i've cried too much, i like her too much. When Siddiq is crying and terrified, i realized that something sad was about to appear
This episode broke so many fans especially since they killed off Enid and Tara. Every other character that was killed off in the episode was a 50-50 on liking them atleast in my opinion, but killing off Tara and Enid pissed everyone off. It was so out of the blue and unnecessary, I honestly thought it would've been cool to see Tara take command of Hilltop and for me personally I did not want Enid to die, I liked her. I know the creators had their reasons for doing it, but yeah it broke so many fans
I was only sad for Carol's reaction. Only Tyrese's actual death was sad for me from the entire series, but definitely feel the sadness from the loved one's reactions to most deaths.
I had the same reaction with that girl in the bottom right and the guy in the top left screen. I was so shocked they killed Enid and most certainly when I saw Tara since Hilltop had just lost Jesus.
