Granted: The Governor was a crazy killer. But didn't he start off with the best intention? Protecting survivors of The Zombie Apocalypse. Until Michonne arrived. Her bad attitude and uncooperative behavior brought the whole thing down. Everyone cant be Rick Grimes. It wasn't the world they knew anymore. It was survival of the fittest. And if she didn't like it, she could've just been on her merry way. But Nooo! She was instrumental in the war between the prison and Woodbury. She got a lot of ppl killed indirectly by her actions. Things didn't have to go the way they did. Im just saying...

This guy was one crazy motherfuckers, as a villain scary because he was unpredictable as fuck

The Governor is the reason why I think Negan is such a boring villain cause they had this man that tore there whole community apart and killed Ricks only doctor and best friend and Negan is a glorified thug
