Would be a fun gag if Twilight tried to remain unseen, but SURPRISE! Pinkie is randomly with her. She to get away from Pinkie's sight and warn her about the effects and it seems for a moment she starts getting affected, but she just hugs Twilight once and leaves

It doesn’t look like it, but the implications of this are horrifying. What I gathered is that, when they look at twilight they were put under some kind of attraction spell. I wonder, who knows that kind of magic? You might be thinking Candace, and while she could be the reason Chrysalis knows, I think she’s behind this. I didn’t expect them to be able to transfer the spell to other ponies, that’s what made me convinced. Who else would want a bunch of ponies under a mindless love spell?

So this proves that Twi is not as smart as we are made to believe. First she puts some random ring on her head that could do anything and never be removed. Next she opens a door without reading the sign that could unleash who knows what. THEN! Instead of realizing after the first couple of infected to seal the entire castle off with her immense powers. She instead runs around like a fool. I think she needs to go back to school.
