Interesting idea for a game

I've been playing T-Minus 30 lately you might enjoy it. Its a hybrid of a city builder/resource gatherer with but with a 30 minute time limit to rescue as many survivors as possible, plus its less than 4 quid right now.

every time i find this channel covering a game i want the video is from around 2 years ago. Its amazing that this time I found it just 6 days incidentally after it being posted :)

It's quite a good game, word of warning to anyone thinking about buying it though. In it's current state it takes about 6 hours to complete on medium difficulty (could definitely be done quicker) so you aren't getting that much game for your pounds right now. Hey Mac, had a weird reply on my comment..... assuming it's something dodgy. Just letting you know. :o) Best wishes bud.

City builders aren't my thing (most I've done is terrorise Sim City with disasters) but your videos are fun anyway.

The art style reminded me a lot of Nausicaä from Studio Ghibli. The flame throwers units, having to burn infested shrubs before it spreads, the clothes, the building styles. The poisonous fumes, oversized creature,...... Hope it'll be fun

What's going on with a streak of good games? Star Valor, The Wandering Village, Empire of the undergrowth, regiments, is this a start of a good gaming year? XD

The creature seems to be the only 3D part of the game. Everything else is 2D (or 2.5D). The settlers don't even have a consistent art style compared to the buildings.

I had much higher hopes for the artistic vision of this game, it looks way too basic for the premise. If it was really brought to life it looks like it would make a great game

I do feel like being on the back of a massive animal is the big selling point of this game. Without that, it sounds like the game would be kinda meh.

I love this game but the plot of buildable land is tiny. You barely hit 400 population with a couple of farms and you ran out of land then end up saving, quitting and never coming back.

What I'm seeing in the footage is a road network and the sims running all over the place like pricks not using the roads.

How come his names for the animal are all more complicated than its actual name, which seems to be Onbu, lol.

For me the character designs (e.g. 4:50) don't work with the world design. Two different styles that just don't go together. Detailed and well drawn buildings and then these simplistic humans. Also when zoomed out I'm not a fan of the 2D appearance and 0/90 degree isometric view (instead of the usual -45/45). To each their own though so good that there's something different out there.

I call bullshit. The creature is not careful when moving around. Most of the villagers would have end up bludgeoned to death by buildings, trees and ground.

Don't feel the need to defend developers releasing more city builders, card games, turn based games, farming games, etc. The gaming media never complains whenever there is yet another third person character action game. Hell, most mainstream game of the year nominations are filled with third person character action games
