Actually the vast majority of experts are saying that the death toll that we are hearing is so severally underestimated its not even funny. They are saying if the war ended to day they predict the death toll in total would come out to be more like 200k to 500k Palestine. The reason they state this is because there are factors that are not being taken in to account. Things like death because of medical conditions that weren't treated (Example: Cancer, Liver disease.). There not taking in to account number Palestine died from infections. There not taking in to account the destruction of the vast majority of hospital and medical infrastructure (which would be how you track death toll) is almost non existent. It doesn't account for Palestine who have loved ones who died and are unable to get their loved ones to hospitals so they just bury them were ever they can.
