Well for me it was always a choice between Johnson and Gallagher. I don't like Woods. But I was waiting to see which way SteelFury was going because he started his playthrough before me.
Great work Smokey but info on the Dakota Chapter they can be peaceful with the Montana Chapter but usually end up being enemies to both the Montana Chapter and the Sisters of Steel.

@@Smokey957 Yep Dakota Chapter gets implants through their focus tree with the Fenrir AI you will learn about him and his 2 other AI sisters there various focus trees but Dakota Chapter has the most lore and info on the supposedly scrapped AI.
I would rush for Red Terror to get rid of the national spirit that reduces stability weekly, then rush for the one on the other side to solve the League debuff. Getting rid of the weekly stability loss is important, as it costs a lot of political power and civilian production/research speed/etc. to improve it through decisions,
