The War on Drugs Performs "Red Eyes" 

The Red Eyes live version every War on Drugs fan keeps coming back to.

This is a song I could listen to one thousand times in a row.

The "woo" guy is a true fan.

This song just makes me feel like everything is going to be ok.

So many people in the audience have lost the war on drugs. Best version of this song that I have heard so far. The last minute and a half or so is magical.

i'm glad to see them performing to such a large crowd. indie band or not, in a live setting, their music demands to be played in an arena.

same song, yet eternally played different. Absolutely makes that guitar sing in this song. Keyboards perfect, killer sax. Everyone else just glueing together to perfection. Travelled to czech and saw them in Prague and they blue the roof off the joint. Come back to Europe, need to hear this magic again.

Lost in the Dream, from 2014 and is already a classic, one of the best albums ever made, so raw and emotional.

Man...what a great song and performance. I don’t understand why people argue about someone’s taste in music. The awesome thing about music is it’s all subjective and if a band or song takes away pain, gives you some euphoria in the pit of your stomach, or reminds you of a memory from a better time of your life in the past...then it’s a great thing and served it’s purpose. Stop arguing and just find that song that does that for you, if someone else doesn’t find that same rare feeling then that’s their loss.

I like how this song has different phrasing/moods in it. Between the odd time signature and unconventional key choice, there are some very neat things going on here.

They sum up this bitter bitter sweet, fucking love the sound. How have i missed this band. shit I work in film and missed this one. Found now and never to be lost.
