@@mrupholsteryman Lol no, I wasn’t implying any of that. I was just observing how unusual it is for someone to be more skilled than Mark at controlling a conversational dynamic. The ways Russell is subtly (and likely not on purpose; most of these things are subconscious to us) dominating the interaction would normally make Mark bristle. It genuinely feels like I’m watching an Animal Kingdom show where a top predator suddenly goes full-on “oh, sorry, didn’t know you wanted that gazelle too, here you go…” when an apex predator comes onto the scene 🤷🏻 Fwiw I haven’t like Mark since well before his previous church met its demise, but I follow his career because I think he’s darkly fascinating. This interview was a surprise to me after years of observing Mark’s communication habits.

Yes it is as well as Bill Johnson and Lou Engle which is why I won't attend his church even though I live only 5 miles away from it. You can't be in bed with the WOF and NAR movements, give them a platform in your church and then say you're against false doctrine. IMO Driscoll is unqualified to be a pastor based on what happened up here in Seattle. I'm dumbfounded that he's still in ministry and Russell interviewing with him like this is just another strike against Russell in my book.

You’re getting caught up in semantics. True Sabbath is a day of remembrance of all that God has done. Most people don’t have Saturday off. Some don’t even have the weekend off. You can ‘Sabbath’ any day of the week. God understands you have a schedule and have to support yourself. His bless!
