Haven't really looked at it but I absolutely loved icefury from memory, let's you get a filler damage up while moving around. Great for raid, great for keys with lots of movement. What's the issue with it ?

​@@kizzagaming6523 I remember it from Shadowlands, where it was not a problem. You used Icefury and then pushed out your Frost Shocks. It was simple and didn't really do much other than what you said it did. In DF and in TWW rn, Icefury had two things happened that kinda shifted the perception on Icefury. 1. Frost Shock became a talent in the shaman tree. This is important, because Frost Shock didn't have a use in the shaman rotation, except in cases where you needed to move and had no other instants to cast or if you were playing Icefury. So most shaman players would end up not taking Frost Shock and instead pick up some extra utility talent, like Purge, Cleanse Spirit or the choice talent for Capacitor Totem. 2. Icefury got a choice talent. Flux Melting, as far as I know, haven't been meta in any capacity, as it did less than it's other choice talent, Electrified Shocks. Electrified Shocks does two things. It makes those empowered Frost Shocks hit 4 enemies instead of just 1, and it applies a debuff to those enemies that makes them take 15% increased nature damage for 9 seconds. This transforms Icefury from a talent that makes Frost Shock replace your filler for a bit to a debuff that needs to be kept up, but you also can't lose the Icefury buff, because not spending those charges is damage loss. It ends up feeling unnatural with the other talents that shamans got in their tree.

Tempest is not being affected by Haste, nor anything that buffs Lighting Bolt (Surge of Power for example) for now. But I believe it will be changed.
