What you wanted to say is the k i m tr il s , no worries, Ya you would not want to say that on you video because of the UB TUB alg rith om. We love you and what a sweet plane.
It is because of your channel that I bought my eachine p51 a little over a year ago, and it is brought me countless hours of joy and got me into the hobby. Thank you!
These 400 mm series planes are great and they all fly a little differently. I do hope that when Nate and Abbey fly they trade planes and thoughtfully discus the difference in handling. My new Spitfire (arrived a few days ago) is going to be wrapped and place under the tree... I cant wait for Christmas! Eachine: if your listening I would really love a Zero to go along with my other 400 mm series planes. I do love them all.
I’d really want to see a Zero or Mosquito in this series. One of these days all of the most iconic planes in WWII will be on here. What a beautiful plane and an amazing company!
Your video on the p51 sealed the deal on me getting one. Now I am waiting on my spitfire to arrive. Eachine has definitely done awesome with their mini warbirds.
It's SUCH a beautiful plane, so iconic!! Also deadly in its day, a late version even shot down a MIG in Korea! Really want to see this duelling with the BF109!
I couldn't resist and got one for myself. I was very nervous the first time, my hand was shaking but it behaved REALLY stable and confident, its almost as controlling a RC car but its on the air! Even with moderate winds it behaves really well! I love it!
I just got the Corsair which is my absolute favorite WWII warbird. Haven’t flown it yet as I have never flown an RC plane and it’s been terribly windy in central PA lately but if it flies as easy as it looks I will get the Spitfire and the Mustang. Eventually the 109 and hopefully they come out with the Zero! Love you’re videos. Always very informative!
I just received my F4U Corsair but we have had some bad weather here in Colorado but I know it will be worth the wait to fly, I am a new to the air but some experience on the ground with RCs and after watching some of your videos it gives me confidence I can fly this war bird , I also have the P51 on order I will collect them all soooooooo much fun I can't wait to earn my wings just wanted to thank RC Sailors you are both AWESOME KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK HAPPY FLYING!!!!!
Another nice flying Lil warbird. Zips hither thither & yon. Nice day to fly. Many, Many kudos to Abby for keeping up videoing the flying Squirrel 🐿on the sticks, flying Squirrely🐿. 👏 👏⚓⚓👍💛💚💜👍⚓⚓.
Nate - the one you forgot about was the P-47. I'm definitely getting the Spitfire and Bf-109 ASAP. I have the Mustang, Corsair and Trojan thanks to your videos!
@@NE_Pigeons The Mustang is probably the best all-rounder in terms of flying. It's smooth as you like, even in expert mode, but steady as a rock in beginner mode. It's what I've done most of my flying with. Having said that, they're all pretty good little planes. The Trojan is perhaps a bit smaller in scale overall, and it tends to wobble a bit if flown too fast (as does the Corsair and Spitfire), but it flies nicely otherwise.
We have just given ours it's maiden flight, I am blown away how well it flies, and living in the birthplace of Sir Reginald Mitchell it is just so nice ,silhouette is fantasic.10/10) eachine!
Love, love, love this one. Just got mine last night. I now have them all except the BF109 and the troublesome Razorback. BF109 ordered though. I can hardly wait to get it in the air...great video as always Sailors!!!
The P47 isn't too bad, but it doesn't come with the break away prop hub and the included props are complete junk. I ordered the prop saver hub for it but haven't received it yet.
I like to hear how your prop saver hub is working out for you and where did you get it? the break away prophub from factory is basically have expiration dated build in before cracking or losing the grab to hold on the prop@@twillison8824
My wife bought me this after I’ve always wanted an RC plane. Turns out she bought the easiest to fly and most fun plane I’ve ever heard of! Can’t describe how fun it is
Nate and Abby I want to thank you so much for the wonderful Christmas card you sent me this is Craig Gleichmann from Long Island and it was so wonderful I think you had your return address so I will be returning God's blessing on Christmas to you I am flying my pioneer now and I am pretty good with it I kind of like the smaller planes I do have quite a bigger Cub but it needs a wheel and a no it needs a wing and I have been speaking to Dan at the hobby shop that you sponsor so thanks again for the card and the the picture it was just wonderful and the stickers as well it pays to be a premium member God bless 🙏
Mine arrived this morning! With 3 batteries! Everything seems to work perfectly, stabilisation and so on, but I have to be patient because it's very windy right now, I'm in Scotland. But I'll get a good day soon and then... my first proper RC flight! I'm praying to the weathergods! :)
I recently bought the P-51 on offer and I managed a good couple of successful and close call flights before finally crashing it into a tree and breaking the rudder horn, however after perseverance and a bit of super glue I managed to repair it. I also moved the tail wheel into the rudder for taxi control. I'm holding out for the spitfire to come into the UK warehouse like the P-51 or the price to drop appropriately. I might become a bit impatient after seeing this video but we'll see! I expect to see the BBMF to become a thing...hurricane and Lancaster! That would be AMAZING!
Apparently it's the Hurricane that's coming out next. Just waiting for my spitfire, ordered it a couple days ago... Definately spitfire verses by 109 for the next vid! Keep up the good work guys😁👍
Great display - On my channel I get fly over the White Cliffs of Dover with the Eachine Spitfire, P51, T28 and Corsair plus a modified P51 with a built in camera. These are just great little planes. I have not had any failures only a few pilot errors! Please keep up these great videos.
Took my eachine spitfire for maiden today, had tons of fun didn't even use 3rd battery I had that much fun. The plane will do a manual flip in intermediate assist but will only roll on assisted modes with stunt button. Really fun intro into the hobbie.
ordered mine today - BG confirmed she has taken off and flying towards the UK in time for the New Yr :) - Fellow customers - make sure u order the battery triple pack as extra battery is only a $ :)
But i must say thats a lot of weight you needed to add. they really should have just .moved battery holder forward etc from factory...but you must get very long flights using 2 batts..
You were thinking of the Eachine 500mm P47 Razorback that you didn't like. No one reviews that plane favorably. But these 400mm Warbirds are amazing in every way.
Love these warbirds. Have the 'stang and the Corsair. Ordered the BF109 and the Spitfire from Banggood at the same time. The Spitfire has not turned up (yet?) and the 109 has a dodgy out-the-box gyro. Hmmmmmm. See how good their customer service/returns/replacements are eh? As a UK resident this Spit is the one I want. Great video again Nate and Abby is your new tech 'guy'. She reads the instructions..........
I got my Spitfire a couple of months back, and I LOVE it!! Although the Mustang is probably the best all-rounder, the Spitfire has become my favourite.
You guys are absolutely right about these little planes. Just got my Spitfire and it's so easy to get in the air. It is super durable. Found that out being a beginner. However I have lost both propellers already and haven't found replacements yet.
did the prop fly away after every landing hard or soft? it did for me and the hub stop grabbing the prop after it pop off a few time! I think prop/hub spare part is a must when you purchase this little plane
The people calling out "repaint" forget that many warbird designs back in the day had a somewhat similar silhouette. the attention to detail in these echines are fantastic.
Spits are my favorite 2nd world War fighter. I'll be thinking about this one lol. They should make a little pitts or decathlon and power it with a nice brushless. Wouldn't that be fun. God bless you two and your family. Hope you have a fantastic Christmas day. .
Re unstabilised mode. I believe you have to get it all trimmed correctly in that mode i.e all surfaces at neutral as they are often out of trim. It's not noticed in stabilsed mode as the stabiliser adjust for this
Thinking of getting in to rc planes. Was thinking of getting the spitfire for my 1st plane. After I get used to it and feel comfortable flying it I was thinking of getting the F8 Crusader. Start out with a couple planes that aren't going to break the bank or really have to worry about if something happens to them.
Un-Believable . Amazed that they have come out with a new one. Picked up an old one from 8 years ago , off e-bay from an actual British Spitfire Pilot from WW2. Came with second wing too. and an article of his Experience of the Fear , yet survived . Battle of Britain. 1940. Again you both are doing a Great Job. A1 Merry Christmas to you. P-38 Lightning....NEXT.. Arrgh. Capt Morgan.
cmon, that be a waste of time and money, this is a inexpensive and fun little bird that is basically throw away after few days of flying! enjoy it for what it is!
I have so been waiting for this to be on your channel. But I did end up ordering one before your review so should be here any day. I almost got the bf109 but as soon as I saw the Spitfire no brainer. Keep up great work and god bless
I almost got the Mustang. Then this was no longer available for my address - couldn't believe my good fortune when I saw the Spitfire there - I leapt upon it with great glee. This will replace my mortally wounded Nine Eagles Spitfire, which is very similar, with a two-bladed prop, no rudder and no fancy gyro, but did fly incredibly well. My new Spit is due here by 20 Dec - can't wait!
I have the T-28 and it flies exceptionally well on expert...although it had to be trimmed mechanically as the digital trim settings do not hold. In any wind intermediate works a lot better.
That would just shorten the life of this little plane faster with higher speed and cost you more money to replace it which will happen because they don't last too long imo
Dogfighting pairs: Battle of Britain (late): Spitfire Vs BF-109 (Grey paint scheme, looks like an E-1) Invasion of Normandy: Spitfire (with stripes stuck on the wings and we'll just pretend the prop has four blades) Vs BF-109. Or P-51D (with stripes stuck on) Vs BF-109. Battle of Berlin: Spitfire (with stripes stuck on the wings and we'll just pretend the prop has for blades) and P-51D (would need a fair bit of green and yellow paint) vs BF-109 (Grey paint scheme with some leopard spots added it to make it look like a K-4) Battle of Sicily: Entirely repaint the BF-109 to look like a G-4 Trop, Entirely repaint the Spitfire and add a giant oil radiator under the nose to resemble a Mk.VB Trop. Then take the P-51D, squash a straw and glue to the bonnet to make the air intake then get some card or plastic and bend around the canopy, leading down the fuselage to the tail, turning the plane into a P-51A Razorback... Then repaint entirely. :P
The prop hub can barely hold on the prop as is, with brushless the prop will just fly away by itself unless they totally redesign the motor hub-saver thingy!
