I saw this for the first time on the day that the eclipse passed right over our small town in rural Ontario, Canada - uncanny experience. I will always think of it as the Official Anthem of The Solar Eclipse!
Absolutely awesome powerful song!! Dany's first time using a Fender stratocaster baritone guitar tuned in drop A. Amazing! They are the best power trio of XXI century! Viva The Warning!! ⚡⚡⚡
Just experienced my first The Warning concert last night and after a few years of reading comments that even the best live recordings don't do justice to hearing them live I can now confirm that this is absolutely true! This song hits you like a freight train!
They had 16 cameras and 3 drones recording the video and this was released 4 days after recording just a couple days before the eclipse. Great editing on the video and this shows how much fun and how much the audience gets into the music. Great reaction.
Dany says: "It's about missing someone and the energy this person gives you. You're drawn into their gravitational pull and brightness - like an automatic sun." The video was put together in one week. They shot it at Tecate Pa’l Norte in Monterrey on March 31st. The video team is led by Beto Ramos, Pau’s drum teacher, and Iván Chávez, recent graduate of the University of Monterrey film school. The team they lead is top notch. Their first major TW video was the Metropolitan concert. Dan Lancaster is listed in the credits as a co-producer of the song, a lyrics contributor and providing keyboards. Dan was a touring keyboardist for Muse.
Nice reaction! This song is a banger! Saw them live 2 days ago, all the new songs are just great live! They will play now 5 shows in the UK, including Wales and Scotland! Greetings from Germany 👍⚡️🤘
I saw a decent fan shot video earlier. Most of the video and sound left a lot to be desired, but this one, from a show in Paris, was pretty good. Live it sounds exactly like the studio version.
The Warning are playing six concerts in England this month, all sold out, then three more in late July, which I'm sure will sell out. TW are playing more often in England than anywhere else!. I am under the impression the British are extremely loyal fans and acts the rest of the world hardly know of are or can become stars there. TW seem to already have a loyal cult following there, are they becoming stars over there?. I know it's kind of a stupid question, but England seems to be kind of it's own bubble.
