She even managed to scare her sisters a little with how well she embodied the Queen persona. I can imagine her after the concert sitting alone in a room watching nothing but funny animal videos for a day to get back to her usual cheerful self.

Great mini dissection of this fast-paced punky style jam. Love Ale’s little screams “hey hey” and of course her cheerleader chant “P.S.Y.C.H.O.T.I.C. I am” - which she has said is quite a challenge for breathing, esp. in high altitude MexCity.

Even more challenging after playing 7 songs. The riff Dany plays is quite difficult. Combined with singing at this pace.. and there are more songs to play, they use to end their concerts with Survive.

Worth noting is that PSYCHOTIC is the beginning of Chapter 4, the final chapter, which came out with the complete album. The album launch was the same day as the concert, so the Lunario performance of these last three songs was effectively their debut! The crowd hadn't heard these before and didn't know what would happen in this chapter of the story!

I’m so mesmerized how people can do things like that. Repeatedly saying the same thing, a tongue twister with instruments. I would have made so many mistakes, I know they rehearse a lot but still is mind blowing for me.

They talk about the laugh at the beginning of P.S.Y.C.H.O.T.I.C in the next vlog. Cheerleader Punk is the term widely used for this song. I was gonna say that this is a fan favorite but that’s kinda redundant. How dare the Queen be so arrogant…

I think that I have a new appreciation for this song. I don't think that they have a song that I dislike. I mean all of my favorite bands of all times have a few songs that I dislike, and that's to be expected. Bands often times experiment and someone doesn't like it because of that. Not with TW yet. They switch up styles all the time.

Since you enjoy the more narrative lyrics, after this concert you could try their songs "Copper bullets", and "Error" take into account that Error is narrated from the POV of an IA that gained consciousness (written in 2019, before the ChapGPT revolution)

For me, "QOTMS" is by far their best album. Yes, it doesn't have the impeccable production of "Error." It doesn't have the arrangements and resources that now dominate in "KMF." But I feel this album is more sincere, more theirs, and in every way more violent. I hope that one day they will re-record or remaster it with better production. Also, at that time, they weren't as well-known. There are people who follow and like TW, but they don't know or haven't listened to this album in detail. Maybe re-releasing it on an anniversary would be crazy.

Really enjoy hearing your insights and revisiting this album myself, had it on repeat in the car for about 10 days. The Queen is so out of control that an even more powerful entity has taken notice and isn't to happy about it. Pay attention to the images in the background for clues, I'm sure you don't mind watching it for the fifth time. 😇

I believe, in my mind that every song on the album seems to get better and better. In my opinion the next two songs are excellent and wrap up the story nicely. Well not so nice, but it does close out the story brilliantly.

Yay! Demented cheerleader punk! This album is such a brilliant musical trip. They get to tell this dark story and try out a ton of musical influences at the same time. Hearing this song out of context, my son laughed and said, "What the hell is THAT, Dad?" I had to stop and explain why he needed to hear the whole album.
