Dunleavy has picked up some quality talent at an affordable price that deepens the Warriors' bench. Quinten Post is the diamond in the rough. Post actually played college B-ball from 2019-2024, and for a 24-year-old 7-footer, those years of college ball are vital for his and the team's success.

@@Warriors_Steph_Curry just do your research man. You have Internet, GPT, friends. Asking in public is like telling "my brain cannot process that, help!"
If Wiggins gets back to championship year form plus Kuminga becomes an all star level they can compete. And they need to run plays for them. But it’s hard to win, especially the west, with this #2, #3 scorer by committee roster.
@@WTC-1990 Agree. But we have to be realistic. Nobody wants him because of his contract. He has mid level production on a max deal. Who is taking that?
No they can't. They be lucky to even make the playoffs with the current roster. Even if they get Markkanen which won't happen now or KD back that's still not enough to beat OKC, Denver and Dallas.
@@WildWabbit3122 I diasgree, taking into account all of Draymond's antics last season that caused so many games at the start of the season plus the amount of close call games, eg Nikola buzzer beater and Chet's heave from three, I think warriors were already a playoff team last year with terrible luck, eg Jonathan kuminga being injured in the must win game against Sac and Klay being a brickfest, with this roster, I'd highly doubt that the Warriors don't make the playoffs, all as long as we have a healthy Steph Curry as I feel like people are taking his age for granted, he is 36. HIs shooting hasn't slowed down, but injuries and niggles are boudn to creep up imo.
YES A GUY THAT HIGH WITH 3 POINT WILL BE MIRACLE IF HE SCORE 10 POINTS AVARAGE WILL BE HUGE OVER 2.10 CM?? HAS LESS 1.000 PEOPLE IN WORLDWIDE 2.10+ IN 8 BILLION PEOPLE KNOW THAT?? ULTRA RARE AND 2+M OR MORE AROUND 6.000
I just hope that Steph stays healthy. He's getting old, his chances of winning another title going very slim. They really need to build around Steph ASAP before he becomes way too fragile. He's playing at his peak right now, if the Warriors waste this opportunity, they're not gonna get another Steph in the many years to come. It's now or never.
KKKKKKKK COME ON ARE YOU REALLY GSW FAN?? THE SAME THAT THINK HARDEN CURRY WESTBROOK ISNT TALL?? @@average__height8033Mann I hate tht people keep saying to build around a 36 yr old man when we need picks for the future. The younger we are the better bc then we would have someone to take curry place as soon as he retires idc bout curry getting a fifth ring at all he already top 2 greatest pg ever he has nothing else to prove to anyone that Lauri pick would be so dumb 😂
@@average__height8033 true, that's true for every great player. There will always be someone better. But I doubt that the same organization will find someone better. Specially with the way Golden State plays, it all revolves around Steph.
@@Skeletonisdead1345 They did. They tried to build around Wiseman, Kuminga and Poole. That cost them games. We know what happened to Wiseman and Poole. They still have Kuminga tho. They're still building around Kuminga but he's turning the ball in too many ways and forcing shots. You can't afford to have him on the floor too long. So, they need to find another young player and right now, Trayce Jackson-Davis is all they have that has a bright future (as a big man). He's neither Steph nor Jokic tho. They need someone who can shoot to replace Steph. And the hard truth is, there's still no one in that team that shoots better than Steph to replace him.
Hopefully JK can take a big step; average 20-24 points a game, 2 steals, 5-6 boards and 4-5 assist. I’m calling it now and JK most improved player. The bench is much getter this year and the D should be better. Hopefully Melton, Hield and Waters can pick up the scoring slack when Steph in on the bench. I am excited about the Warriors chance this year, baring injuries. I think they will surprise a lot of people. 20-3 start of season baby 🎉😊.
2 steals is Kawhi status we need him to play like Wiggins in 2021 was playin jimmy buckets wasn’t avg no 2 steals at 21 that too high of a standard for a player as young as him but everything else you said is true he can fs be a 20 ppg scorer we just need him to step his defense up from avg to good a least and his handling needs work too he dribbles like Poole sometimes he just needs time
Screw that. We need to build a team based on reality and actual achievements, not hope and delusion. Kuminga gotta go cuz he's our only valuable trade piece and he doesn't fit out system or timeline. Wiggins no one wants but he's at least a reliable bench defender.
I don’t think the Dubs want to add Podz to any trade deal. I think he will take a big step this year if he is not traded. I would like Lauri, but not to give up all the young talent to get him. I would trade Moody and Wiggs, with 2 or 3 first round picks, but nothing more than that.
Melton's a great pickup. We still need a shooting-defensive big man though. I hope we could at least get someone like Brook Lopez or a Kelly Olynyk. As it is, I guess we're good enough for a play-in tourney.
@@gamerf2p843the whole "win now" business went out the window faster than Draymond knocking out Poole, taking away Wiggins only friend. The Dynasty is toast.
@@gamerf2p843 We're still guard heavy. Remember, we still don't have a consistent 2nd source of offense. Again, if Wiggs wakes up, he can take the pressure off Curry. The guys we got are good but they're prone to cold spells.
Agree has 20 mill price tag, D elite, shot elite, can play. SLO Mo is very solid big, him and Dre could wreck D havoc! Buddy gets open look because double team Steph will get decapitated..
I don’t why everyone says he’s coming off the bench, he is a starter, especially over Podz. He’s a top 5, point of attack defender, top 5 in steal per min, top 20 team defender and a solid shooter with a high IQ. Plus, he like Podz, he got that DOG in him. Offensively and defensively, he is a connector. Only, if he needs acclamation time with his back injury from last year
For a team that lack size as it is, starting another 6'3 guard next to Curry wouldn't be the best thing to do, no matter how good of a defender he is. Melton has a career average of 9 points and 3 assists per game. I'm not sure what that screams to you, but it definitely doesn't mean he should automatically be a starter. In Podz rookie year, he averaged 9.2 points and 3.5 assists.
This is Moses Moody opportunity to prove himself. I said last year he digressed and didn't improve in year 3 that most NBA players begin showing promise. Melton was a great signing and it shows that Steve Kerr isn't playing around. However, they STILL need a rim protector.
Brook Lopez is going to do everything possible to stay with Giannis For the simple fact that all opponents are always scrambling to see where Giannis ala the ez dump passes Lopez turns into a big percentage of his offense and rebounding as well.If Lopez has a say he's staying with the Ducks.
He shot 38 percent last year. Not very good. Why talk about his ONE good season with Memphis that was four years ago? That is like saying Klay Thompson or Wiggins are still the same guys they were in their best years
I don’t know why the media always hypes every warrior move, non of these guys are difference makers ,especially Kyle Slow-mo. Dude doesn’t even shoot, he’s basically draymond who doesn’t defend.
Two orbital fractures , maybe he should go rip's hamilton way, the other stuffs besides the meniscus dont appear to be that serious, and now that the warrIors are loaded with role players are enough depth , if the warriors scored on markennen would be phenomenal but if not , i hope for wiggins to remember that in 2022 he was the second best player in a champion team , if he plays accordingly and Jk raise , warriors are back in bussiness if wiggins keeps this strange thing , ( he makes you thing on what Stephen A smith said one time about kyrie : that he would pay a ton of money to kyrie but just on One year deals , wiggins makes you thing that he should be on contract year every year sure he would play to his potential ..well lets see
I think this season would be better that last season since we wont have Klay chucking shots costing us so many games. If we simply played like last year minus Klay's terrible performance at start of season we could easily secure a playoff spot. If warriors do secure the playoff spot I can see us attracting another star before trade deadline. While our roster is not as hot as top teams like Wolves or Mav's - we are decent. Just please dont go to play ins dub. We are not built for fighting play in spots lol.
🤨,As far as Draymond's concerned, I think he'll be fine, due to him realizing that he was the problem this past season, and want to make up for it, along with the fact, that they're on their way out, he and The Chef, atleast one more Chip! 🤔
These new signings aren't near enough to allow the Warriors to compete for a championship again. They will be lucky to even make the playoffs. They only have one All-Star and he wasn't a starter as both Luka and SGA got more votes.
They still need a big man not Kevon Looney let him go he's done and he's too short you need some height on the team the game is not going to always be in transition where you get these wide open shots what about when you in the half court hey you don't have any tall players to contend with the Giants they have now?
This team is already done unless they get rid of the most carried excess baggage unstable clown Draymond Green who is ruining the team. I wont be surprised if he punched 2 or more teammates next season again out of jealousy and insecurity.
Draymond is a asshole. But he's our asshole. We need to keep him grounded while protect him when needed. As for Klay best of luck. Because if Dallas win it's because of Luka if Dallas loose then it's all klays fault.
