The Warriors: Part 11 (Boys In Blue) [100% Playthrough | Hardcore Soldier] 

Now that the Destroyers are over and East Coney is within the Warriors's turf , the game then focuses on getting into the Cyrus's Meeting starting this mission. Enemies in this part are starting to get even tougher; They will reverse your grapple quite often and they know how to use Strong Grapples. Gonna have to play smart on this one or you'll spend most of the time laying on the ground rather than standing on your feet.
You don't need to fight anyone in the riot, just steal some breads, radios, do burners and you'll have enough points for the 9,000 target score. You can engage in the riot if you want, just make sure to pack some Flashes beforehand and keep an eye on Cochise's Health and Grapple Stamina...The game only gives him 50% for both of em which is suck but hey...just be creative and use whatever you have to complete this mission.
