I have to agree right now Washington is the best team in the division. No question. Hurts can’t stop turning the ball over, we don’t know who runs this offense (coach or oc) and we have no pass rush.

The NFC east hasn't had a repeat division winner in like 20 years (or something like that). It would make sense if Washington won it, just for that reason alone. I won't call them the best in the division tho, until they beat Philly or Dallas.

That's the biggest reason why I want another QB. I think 2022 is about the best the Giants would do with DJ, and that's not good enough because the goal is to win Super Bowls of course. I don't know that the Giants would necessarily compete next year, although I guess they could. Washington you would think would be improved next year and idk what things will look like for Dallas and Philly. Other than they will probably have new head coaches I assume

For the longest time I used to think that Cowboys fans were the most annoying fan base in our division, but honestly that title probably has to be given to the Eagles. At least when Cowboys fans would lose you’d have some of them still appearing after a loss. However with Eagles fans they’ll be in droves online when winning, but will be nowhere in sight after a loss. Louie Tee was the first person I remember mentioning this when we beat them two seasons ago on their home turf and as expected that was the outcome

It wasn’t just the QB it was the new ownership group being aggressive after assessing what we had in our first year during this offseason. If they hadn’t been proactive with the front office changes and let the newly acquired people we hired do their job none of this would’ve happened. The best ownership groups in my opinion are the ones that aren’t overtly involved in the team building and let the football guys do their work, and that’s what we have with our new ownership

The NFC East is the NFL inside of the NFL. many of us Don’t even watch football games that are outside of the division. I don’t hate other teams in the division anymore, athletes work hard, sacrifice their bodies, I respect what they do, but it’s the fan bases that create the “hatred” to where you can’t even constructively criticize a rival without them badmouthing you. I want the Eagles, Giants, and Cowboys to lose every single game, they are my rivals, but when they are having good seasons I have no problem giving them their flowers and pointing out where my own team needs to improve without bad mouthing the other people in the division.

It’s been a long time for Washington, and having to watch the drama unfold from the ownership, front office, and team personnel management was rough. They had to take major steps over the past two years and it started at the tippy top of the organization. You know, sometimes it just takes an entire reboot of every front office position completely cleaning house. We wouldn’t have Daniel’s without that chain of events, we wouldn’t have Adam Peters without the new managing ownership partners making the offer and pitch. Not a lot of players would have stood around with that chaos happening and be attached to that, or stuck it out with years of bad coaching and bad scheming. Washington has gone through so much just as an org, but when Dan Snyder was finally bought out and shown the door, it was the first step on a long road of many other changes before there was even a conversation for drafting Daniels. That’s how deep it neeed to be for Washington.

I'm a Commanders fan, but i disagree with you. We're up and coming, but when Philly is fully healthy they are the best team in the east. Their team is stacked at all positions, we have a ton of weaknesses at kep spots especially on defense
Commanders have the most upside but none of the teams I would feel comfortable betting for against Dalton's Panthers. That upside may make them a legitimate division winner by the end of the season, or their QB may get knocked out because he runs too much. The Cards and their QB are like Miami and theirs, they roll they score but also can't get out of their own way several games. The Giants having the worst QB and 1-3 would be the team I think has no chance. They are the team that should have brought in Flaco, he was good last year, and he is still good, the team that puts up with Jones so many years thinks he makes too many mistakes that will keep his team from making the Super Bowl. Somone's plan is win with Jones or tank, though it is hard to decide whose idea that was, 5 or fewer wins management should be thinking about the next job.
