He’s produced some real dog shite. Especially most everything the past 10yrs or so. But in the pile of straight shite movies he’s made, there’s a handful of pure gold nuggets. This being one of em. Spanglish and Uncut Gems were actually some good non comedic films, but comedy wise he really has some terrible ones. Water Boy, Billy Madison, and Haply Gilmore are all greats. I believe he’s still capable of Mr Deeds, Big Daddy, and Zohan type films. We’re just more likely to get Grown Ups 3000 and Jack and Jill for w/e reason. But ya can never take away this masterpiece

I know a lot of people are gonna laugh at me but I liked this movie. You understood that it was comical that it was offbeat and a little silly but I liked this movie-I rooted for the protagonist Bobby Boucher!
Always found it comical how the qb still had the nerve to mock him as if he forgot that he was pile-driven by him in front of the entire team the previous day
