I felt so bad for Mahasamut in this episode several times(especially when Tongrak was so brutally rude just because he was hurt)but I also felt bad for Tongrak when that w*tch said the horrible things she did knowing it is hitting his insecurities and knowing how vile she was being....but I did love how Tongrak roasted her about her own relationship and her not being able to stand the heat was hilarious.
I felt the same throughout the entire series. Tongrak could be VERY CAUSTIC & harsh. It is 1 of my pet peeves when ppl act like this when they are hurt instead of saying, 'I'm upset with you.' - But... I swear I don't remember this scene from anywhere! was it in the original? or the special hour episode after?
My heart hurts for both of them - Mut for just being there, continually offering his love and support to Rak, despite his cruel words. Rak for being trapped in his emotional prison that keeps him from trusting Mut, even though Mut's devotion is so clear and open. I cried with Rak, sitting there, eating the food Mut made for him, even though he was so hurt by Rak's words, feeling sad and guilty for his outburst.
I honestly don’t think Mut is terribly hurt by Rak’s behavior… Mut understands why he is acting this way. Mut has shown multiple times already that he sees thru Rak’s behaviors &/or words and responds to the INTENTION behind them instead of what is actually being said/done. Mut leaving the kind note & food and giving Rak space to work thru his big feelings shows that he understands him and can be patient. Mut has never really set out to CHANGE Rak… just to love & care for him… I firmly believe that Mut knows how hard giving AND receiving love is for Rak and knows that Rak needs to be handle carefully & delicately. 💗🥰 I’m 100% in agreement, Mut is the greenest of green flags!! Props to Mame for giving us a GREEN flag!! 😍💚
Is this a new series? I mean, a spin off from the original? I totally don't remember this & I also watched the special hour episode that came out later..
okay.......but this is just showing the care they give to each other, Tongrak need some alone time to process the emotional drain from the encounter which put him in a bad mood while Mahasamut wanted to help as he felt a bit guilty but ultimately left each other alone as they respected the boundary set. edit: As Mahasamut knows Tongrak has feeling for him that scare the living daylight out of him but something Tongrak was willing to take a chance on by STAYING on the island WITH Mahasamut, but they couldn't expend the time as reality (plot) had other plans, so the intense emotions he feels towards Mahasamut are so uncontrollable that Tongrak did what his mom did to his father which was use money to buy love, (which has traumatized Tongrak about relationship in general) but the only solution he could handle at the last minute of tying Mahasamut to him. Again something Mahasamut clearly was aware of before they left the island...which the encounter raked over the coals so his (Mahasamut ) presences was used to harm his love (Tongrak) and he (Mahasamut) feels guilt that he couldn't aid in shutting it down....but does as much as he can to reassures Tongrak instead.
Mahasamut is an anxious attachment and that’s why he always wants to take care of tongrak when he’s upset or triggered. Tongrak has a lot of unpacked trauma and is a disorganized attachment but in situations where he is triggered like this his avoidant side comes out which is why he prefers to be alone when he’s upset. He knows what he really wants is someone to care for him and regulate him (like how Mahasamut does) but he doesn’t know how to communicate his needs.
I cried, ¿Why did Rak always reject Mahasamut? He was always there for him, regardless of money or fame, he loved him very much and Rak was a little selfish, although maybe it was because of his childhood traumas...
Si, Rak trata fatal a Mut en esta escena pero a veces tambien hay que saber que hay gente que necesita su espacio en ciertos momentos y que por mucho que quieras ayudar es mejor no ostigar y dejarlos solos hasta que esten preparados para volver a estar comunivativos. Cada uno somos de una manera y gestionamos las situaciones de manera diferente.
