What a treat...I could hardly wait to see how you would finish that first train when I saw the CB&Q power. The caboose was a real thrill. The power selection superb. I love the Chinese red and can never forget the black scheme "Way of the Zephyrs." The subtle salute to the Rock Island and the "train-over-train" motif in conclusion is genius. Thank you.

C&S ran the same Burlington caboose on the FW&D Joint Texas Division. I remember walking to the rear of a train on a hot summer day in Texas. As I approached the caboose I could hear the train radio reverb bouncing around the steel wide-vision caboose marked "Burlington"...in the late 70's it had somehow missed the BN repaint. Amazing. Thanks for the memories.

At 4:58 the Green Saskatchewan Hopper Car would NOT be seen on a 1970s Train. The Maker of this Video dropped the Ball. neither would the Saskatchewan brown Car shown a bit later.

This video is due for a remake anyway. The video was made when I didn’t have nearly enough knowledge on freight cars, and when I didn’t have enough assets in my library. Thank you for pointing this out.

Conceivably, yes. However, the fact that I don't own any good-quality E units in schemes of railroads that joined Amtrak, and only have a select few F units that I'd use, plus there's also the issue that there aren't any really nicely made passenger cars for the Rainbow Era. Still, a good thought. Thanks for the suggestion!
