Anne was obviously a gifted actress. Extremely intelligent person with a big heart. I wish I knew about this podcast while she was still with us. Listening to her it is obvious she has been through he'll and horrors in her life and has been in therapy. I wish she was still with us. She had more to give and wanted to shine a light on topics that were important to her and to share with her audience. Who doesn't have addictions have some sort. I am not condoning alcohol or substance abuse but it is rampant in the world. People are hurting. I think she makes sense. Anne was always judged by society. Easy for people to judge her now that we lost her so horrifically.

In her book Call Me Crazy she reveals her childhood trauma, which explains a lot. She was a great actress and from what I have read and seen during her interviews, she had a beautiful and kind spirit. This country is terribly lacking when it comes to treating those with mental health concerns and it should be addressed more than it is. RIP Anne.

I'm younger than Anne but this story hits close to home because I feel like I have a lot in common with her. I lived in Los Angeles and went out to bars and restaurants there, and this friendship dynamic reminds me of a friend I recently cut ties with (not saying what I'm interpreting is their reality). We often enabled our worst traits and could never bring up drug or alcohol abuse without her becoming defensive about it. It was like walking on eggshells in our interactions if we weren't enabling each other. I got sick of our main interest in common was partying, plus her personality turned delusional in how she saw herself. Rest In Peace, Anne Heche.

I was born in 1980 nobody I knew thought they were a different gender it simply did not exist. This is out of hand when we let our toddlers decide they think they are a girl when born a boy. It's ridiculous! Does this condition exist I think so but children shouldn't know anything about sex sexuality gender until that time comes. I couldn't watch soap operas or scary movies I called my friend's parents Mr. and Mrs. We played tag rode bikes. We were not interested in sexuality at 4 years old. Give me a fucking break already!! There are mental health issues such bipolar mania with pressured speech & jerky movements that mimic drug reactions. I don't think you can say definitely that she was intoxicated in every interview. I’ve observed folks that are bipolar that behave the way Anne is behaving. They’re either experiencing a manic episode or their bipolar medications are causing it. Anne is indeed a fascinating personality... She's been through so much since her early childhood that was traumatic. And yet she kept fighting to remain kind and positive, not to be a victim... Many people in her shoes would go off the rails much sooner in their lives, and she's had a consistent career, raised beautiful sons, and suddenly one day snapped... That's so heart breaking...
