Its all good because in newyork tenants can void a lease if living conditions are sub par. Mold in the fridge means the landlord has to replace it. Broken toilet also..The filthy water might be a city issue but all tenants are still entitled to safe clean water.
The wall not having gypsum board or at least some sort of moisture/noise protection is not up to code and Marlon could have gotten out of the lease or force the property managers to fix said issues by filing a complaint with through the dept of housing.

When he went to close the door and Shawn told him the 🐀 was coming Marlon did the white girl 🏃♀️ from the killer who trips over a empty pop can and falls then he did the little roll with it too!! 😂😂😂 He was always SO SILLY love that guy I remember meeting him about 20 years ago in Chicago @ the airport, he really didn’t have time for a picture or autograph it was a quick handshake all love 💯
The fact that Marlon even got his own apartment in New York (super expensive to live there) is a feat and is sooooo TV. *He worked a below minimum wage job for Shawn, his acting gigs had dried up by this point in season 4 (remember the shit he pulled at that play with Keith Sweat and Thea?), and I bet he spent up all that money he made working as that fake pirate for them kids (season 4, episode 1).* The only thing I can think of in how he got that apartment is all of them years he didn't pay rent to Shawn (a running joke throughout the show's five-year run) which enabled him to save his money.
There was a clip when Marion made his 1st appearance on "Everybody Loves Everybody" here on RU-vid. At the end Pops said, "White People Laugh At Anything". Someone commented on that clip. And then, another person answered back and said, "They sure do. Friends was on for 10 years". That comment started a discussion on why white sitcoms like Friends, Seinfeld, and Everybody Loves Raymond that aren't laugh out loud funny last 8, 9, or 10 years. And, why do black sitcoms like The Wayans Bros., Martin, and In Living Color which are sooooo much funnier last 5 years or less.
And everybody knows why , because "Seinfeld, Everybody Loves Raymond, Friends" are "white shows" that cater to white people who laugh at everything even when it's not funny.
the independence episode 😂😂😂season 4 is the best & funniest season.... Busta Rhymes En Vogue Tyler Perry & just the writing made that season wat it was
