First hand before seeing partner, it strikes me that opener's hand improved a lot more than Gavin and Rob seemed to appreciate. This hand is looking like no wasted values. The KJxx improved alot. The singleton diamond looks good and partner can't have more than 1 heart - he might even be void. Assuming partner is a free bid of 5-8 HCP, then game is highly probable. Let's see if I'm right!

What does tap mean?

Great question Leone. It means to shorten the trumps in the declarer’s hand(s). So when we force declarer to trump in their hand we are “tapping declarer”.
