The astrology of the week of January 22nd, 2024, is pretty calm until the weekend, which is jam-packed with activity. On Tuesday, Venus (the planet of love) enters Capricorn, reflecting a pattern of generosity and innovation in our relationships. On Thursday, the Full Moon in Leo opposes Pluto (the planet of transformation) shining a bright spotlight on collective movements and subterranean power dynamics. On Friday, the Sun squares Jupiter (the planet of abundance), bringing us a burst of energy and confidence. Later that same day, Uranus stations direct, initiating a system update for the status quo. On Saturday, Mercury (the planet of communication), conjoins Mars (the planet of action), allowing us to say what needs to be said, even if it’s a little spicy. Later that same day, Mercury squares the nodes (places where eclipses happen), and then, on Sunday, Mars does the same. Both transits point to a larger story related to the eclipses that will unfold over the next three months, addressing what we are releasing and moving toward. Also on Saturday, Venus sextiles Saturn (the planet of boundaries), strengthening our bonds. On Sunday, Mercury trines Uranus, opening our conversations up to new possibilities. Finally, on Sunday, Venus trines Jupiter (the planet of abundance), infusing joy and sweetness into our connections. Man!! I have been having hard conversations with a person who chose to enter my orbit and now seems to be regretting the choice 😅😅 But you nailed it - my friendships are no dehumanization zones, and they can have all the space they need to process their feelings about my stance on that. ❤❤

The timing of finding this video is interesting. First time here and I knew the conversation needs to happen this week even before watching this, the conversation I've been dreading. But now I'm thinking maybe it won't be bad at all. And yes, I'm a people pleaser. 🙃 Though largely I've altered that pattern and learned to set boundaries. Could someone help please? Pluto has been in my 6th house (Capricorn). My 6th house is split between Capricorn and Aquarius. It means that Pluto is still going to be in my 6th house. 😔 I’m genuinely scared because I’ve been having awful health problems since 2008. The health problems mean that I’ve been unable to work. Is Placidus the correct way to read my chart? Should I switch to the whole signs system… or is that disingenuous? Thank you for any guidance that anyone is able to give, x

I am so sorry that you are feeling afraid. I am also, so sorry that there hasn't been enough community around you to give you the support you need to know that astrology doesn't have all the answers. I'm not saying it can't be and can't be a fun and soothing way to do positive things for ourselves but it's not science and it's not medicine. It's also not absolute truth. If it is making you feel uncomfortable or afraid, it's absolutely not a thing you should be paying attention to. Do NOT put your trust in something that makes you feel like shit. Full stop. There at many podcast with medical professionals and highly experienced people when it comes to health. I really hope you can find a productive channel that helps with your health concerns. I think if you are lucky enough to have opportunities to relax, please take them and please don't worry. Xxx

Sorry to hear about the health challenges. Personally, I recently switched to whole signs for the larger themes and placidus for using degrees to delineate my angular houses for precise timing for new beginnings and cycles again for the angular houses. (1,4, 7 and 10). Also, when it comes to a malefic in the 6th house, like Saturn and or the pressure cooker of Pluto, the call can be to integrate and with Pluto through surrender on the inner level to support the body or others move through crisis. I hope this is helpful. Sending you much love and holding you in prayer.

Chani uses Whole Sign Houses for her readings. :) I use it too. They are different systems but that doesn't mean one is more accurate than the other; they just have different purposes/ways to be interpreted.
