Your converse are squeaking because you have moisture caught. Try removing your inner sole and put baby powder if you can’t remove them you can still put baby powder as it helps with the moisture

I actually saw a tiktok the other day (might not be true lol) but a girl was saying if you drink like heaps of water and need to pee, the water isn’t benefiting you and it’s just making you dehydrated. Apparently it’s best to drink warm or hot water so our body can absorb it more - and also incorporating minerals so your body can absorb the water otherwise it doesn’t do much!! Again take this with a grain of salt I just heard it I’m not a professional ahahahha
I think the squeak from your converse is actually your socks and converse rubbing, I find if I wear really ‘smooth’ or thin socks I get those squeaks haha it’s so silly!
Yay, I am happy that the weekly vlogs are back 😊❤️ and to the squeaking sneaker I sometimes have this too but I noticed that they are just squeaking on certain floors/surfaces and on other surfaces they don't squeak... I have no idea why that is but it is 🤷♀️😅

I also have a job where I sit at a desk all day, but I bike there 20min to and 20min from work. It is making me hate biking tho😹 but it's my only form of transportation
As someone who struggled with skin for so long, after my doctor told me to cut out dairy it has pretty much cleared my skin, the hormones from milk mixed with females hormones don't help acne 😅😅
Squeaky shoes are caused by moisture in your shoes. I haven't personally tried this but putting baby powder in your shoes and letting it sit overnight is supposed to help get rid of the squeakiness
YES, i am totally with you with the whole Facebook Marketplace anxiety... One time, i made an ad to sell something and i got multiple messages back within minutes (that i didn't reply too 😬) and i got anxious about the whole meeting up part and deleted the ad like nothing even happened. I suck! 😂
Hey girl! A bit late to the party but I know the reason you’re peeing every 10 mins when drinking water: make sure you’re drinking warm/room temp water instead of ice, cold water. Our bodies can’t digest cold water properly so it ends up going straight to your bladder, making you more dehydrated than hydrated! I hope that helps! ❤😊
Great to see you back love your vlogs just be aware you can still wear it on your wrist while walking on treadmill I do anyways because movement of arms swaying,but also the watch senses your moving and has calculated your pace,
McDonald's coke no sugar is just sugarfree coca with water😶 I used to love drinking it from McDonald's...then I once tried to add water to it at home...same thing but so much cheaper! (Just add water slowly and taste test it a couple of times to make it perfect)

Coca Cola has: water, fructose-glucose syrup, carbon dioxide, sulfite-ammonia caramel, color, food and phosphoric acid, aromas, caffeine. Coke syrup has: sugar, water, color (E150d), acids (phosphoric acid, citric acid), acidity regulator, sweeteners (sucralose, acesulfame K), aromas, caffeine, stabilizer and preservative in it.
Not sure which one she has, but I have the cheapest one and it's amazing! It just isn't waterproof, so if you want to take it to the beach/pool/bath etc. I'd get the waterproof one. I hope that helps 😊
